Va\u017eno je da otvoreno i iskreno govorite i o lo\u0161im vijestima s va\u0161im timom: smanjenje grantova, smanjenje publike, novi ja\u010di konkurenti. Pohvaliti posao koji je dobro obavljen ovim vo\u0111ama \u010dini se gotovo neugodnim, znakom slabosti.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, ljudi mnogo bolje reaguju i u\u010de vi\u0161e iz pozitivne afirmacije. Ohrabruje ih da ponavljaju uspjeh i daju dobar primjer cijelom timu, pokazuju\u0107i im kakav ta\u010dno o\u010dekujete da \u0107e njihov rad biti. Pohvala je vrlo u\u010dinkovit alat ako \u017eelite inspirirati i motivirati.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Ne zaboravite da uklju\u010dite ne samo novinare\/ke ve\u0107 i tehni\u010dki tim: dizajnere\/ke, snimatelje\/ice, urednike\/ce \u2013 i njihovom radu je potrebna evaluacija, a oni vam mogu pru\u017eiti vrijednu perspektivu i ideje.&#13;\n<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<p>Jednako je va\u017eno dopustiti ljudima na sesijama povratnih informacija da pri\u010daju o svom iskustvu, negativnom i pozitivnom, posebno ako je ovo novi projekat ili sadr\u017eaj koji ste upravo pokrenuli: iskren razgovor bi omogu\u0107io prilago\u0111avanje dinamike posla, prilago\u0111avanje resursa kako biste postigli najbolje rezultate. Procjene<\/h2>\n\n<p>Gotovo sve dobro vo\u0111ene organizacije imaju sistem redovnog ocjenjivanja osoblja. To su godi\u0161nji sastanci izme\u0111u menad\u017eera\/ica i zaposlenika\/ca na kojima mogu, u povjerenju, razgovarati o ciljevima kompanije i u\u010dinku osobe, individualnim potrebama i te\u017enjama, postaviti nove ciljeve u karijeri i dati iskrene povratne informacije. Nije izvodivo da jedan urednik\/ca ocjenjuje svakog zaposlenog osim ako nemate vrlo malu redakciju (do 6-7 ljudi). Ako imate ve\u0107i tim, vi\u0161i \u010dlanovi\/ce redakcije obi\u010dno upravljaju i ocjenjuju mla\u0111e osoblje, pri \u010demu svako ima nekoliko ljudi za koje je odgovoran. Ovo se zove linijski sistem upravljanja i mo\u017eda ne\u0107e odgovarati va\u0161oj ure\u0111iva\u010dkoj strukturi. Neke kompanije u ovo uklju\u010duju svoj odjel ljudskih resursa.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito, procjena je podijeljena na dva glavna dijela: sagledavanje protekle godine, zajedni\u010dka analiza onoga \u0161to je postignuto, a \u0161ta nije postignuto i za\u0161to, a zatim diskusija o godini koja dolazi.
