Sve manje gledalaca sjedi kod ku\u0107e i konzumira ono \u0161to im se trenutno nudi na TV ekranima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto toga, raste broj onih koji su pretpla\u0107eni na streaming servise i gledaju samo ono \u0161to \u017eele da gledaju, gdje \u017eele i kada \u017eele. Istovremeno, smanjuje se publika koja se informi\u0161e samo putem tradicionalnih medija i to u odre\u0111enom dijelu dana, \u0161to je svakako koncept televizijskih vijesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ove promjene kod publike nu\u017eno povla\u010de i promjene kod televizija. Neki od njih se prilago\u0111avaju, neki ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, <strong>televizijski kanali u razvijenim zemljama<\/strong> ne predaju se bez borbe. Godinama poku\u0161avaju <strong>izgraditi <a href=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/bhsc\/courses\/multiplatformsko-novinarstvo-pocetni-kurs\/\">digital-first<\/a> strategiju<\/strong> umjesto TV-centriranu strategiju kako bi se prilagodili promjenama i publici, \u010dije su se potrebe i navike promijenile pod utjecajem mobilnih telefona, i dru\u0161tvenih medija. Neki odbijaju da se promjene \u010dak i po cijeni da&nbsp; nestanu. A to je neizbje\u017eno ukoliko ni\u0161ta ne preduzmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Godinama, a neki i decenijama ne mijenjaju provjereni recept \u201epakovanje vijesti\u201c, ali i njihovo plasiranje na ono \u0161to smatraju njihovim glavnim kanalom \u2013 televizijskim ekranom. Oni primjenjuju TV-centriranu strategiju i \u010dini se kao da svijet izvan \u201emalih ekrana\u201c za njih ne postoji.&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primjer, mnoge od ovih TV stanica jo\u0161 uvijek \u010duvaju najva\u017enije vijesti za centralni ve\u010dernji dnevnik, a dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee koriste samo za dijeljenje vijesti koje su ve\u0107 emitovane na televiziji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi mediji rijetko ili nimalo ne mijenjaju stil i televizijski izraz, ne unose promjene ni u jednu informativnu emisiju i sli\u010dno. A kada govorimo o promjenama, ne govorimo o boji studija, izgledu stolica ili rasvjeti. Otvaranje vijesti doma\u0107om politikom, tri do pet TV priloga u trajanju od po dva do tri minuta uz stand-up novinara ispred zgrade nekog ministarstva ili parlamenta, pa malo ekonomije, mo\u017eda jedan kratak intervju, zatim sljedi sport i na kraju vremenska prognoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I sve \u0107e ovo na\u0107i svoje mjesto na web-stranici i dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, bez ikakve adaptacije<\/strong>. Da bi samo rekli da su i oni digitalni medij, odnosno da imaju svoju Facebook stranicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Ovaj se recept primjenjuje godinama kao da je gledalac isti onaj sredovje\u010dni \u010dovjek od prije tri decenije koji je po \u010ditav dan u informativnom mraku, pa sjeda ispred televizora u 19 sati i gleda vijesti u trajanju od 30 minuta ne mijenjaju\u0107i kanal.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali jasno je da su se potrebe publike promijenile, ukusi su se promijenili, strpljenje gledalaca se promijenilo, ali su se promijenili i kanali za distribuciju informacija. Da ih sada ima, a sutra ne, i da je dobra stara televizija tu da ostane i u budu\u0107nosti. Mo\u017eda vjeruju u to, ali na\u017ealost, ili na sre\u0107u, to nije tako. Realnost je potpuno druga\u010dija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dok je starija publika osvojila Facebook i Instagram, mladi uveliko tra\u017ee uto\u010di\u0161te na drugim mre\u017eama, me\u0111u kojima je i TikTok. Oni mediji koji \u017eele osvojiti mla\u0111u publiku sada tra\u017ee i grade strategije \u0161ta i kako da objave na ovoj najbr\u017ee rastu\u0107oj mre\u017ei. Takav je pristup, na primjer, BBC-a i NBC-a koji ve\u0107 grade milionsku publiku na ovoj dru\u0161tvenoj mre\u017ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu, veliki broj tradicionalnih televizija sa linearnim televizijskim programom se zatvaraju, a vrijeme koje publika provodi ispred malih ekrana zna\u010dajno se smanjuje na ra\u010dun vremena provedenog pred ekranima mobilnih telefona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>U izgradnji strategije za dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee, ove TV stanice treba da napuste praksu da sadr\u017eaj koji objavljuju na Facebooku, Twitteru, Instagramu ili YouTubeu bude 100% isti kao onaj koji su ve\u0107 objavili na svojim televizijskim kanalima ili web-stranicama televizije.&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo se posebno odnosi na javne radiodifuzne servise, koji, uz po\u0161tene izuzetke, izgledaju kao da su zarobljeni u vremenu kada internet nije postojao.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to je potrebno da urade svi uposlenici televizijskih ku\u0107a je to da jo\u0161 danas po\u010dnu razmi\u0161ljati izvan TV kutije. Moraju po\u010deti osvajati publiku koja ne sjedi ispred TV ekrana i <strong>razmi\u0161ljati o digitalnoj strategiji u kojoj \u0107e sadr\u017eaj biti upakovan i prilago\u0111en za nekoliko razli\u010ditih platformi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"504\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/05-Topla-voda-je-vec\u0301-izmis\u030cljena-1024x504.png\" alt=\"05-Topla-voda-je-vec\u0301-izmis\u030cljena.png\" class=\"wp-image-14106\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/05-Topla-voda-je-vec\u0301-izmis\u030cljena-1024x504.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/05-Topla-voda-je-vec\u0301-izmis\u030cljena-300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/05-Topla-voda-je-vec\u0301-izmis\u030cljena-768x378.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/05-Topla-voda-je-vec\u0301-izmis\u030cljena.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Topla voda je ve\u0107 izmi\u0161ljena<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Balkanske televizijske ku\u0107e ne trebaju izmi\u0161ljati toplu vodu kada budu gradili svoju <a href=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/bhsc\/courses\/redakcijski-menadzment-i-organizacija-u-digitalnom-okruzenju\/\">digitalnu strategiju<\/a>. <strong>Veliki broj privatnih, ali i javnih televizijskih servisa u svijetu, najmanje pola decenije primjenjuje strategiju digital first.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primjer, pregled dnevnih vijesti ili <a href=\"blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tagesschau<\/a> na njema\u010dkom javnom radiodifuznom servisu ARD je 2020. godine pratilo 11,7 miliona gledalaca. To je broj za po\u0161tovanje, ali oni ipak &#8216;napadaju&#8217; i publiku koja nije pred TV ekranima, koja se nalazi na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tagesschau ima 2,2 miliona pratilaca na <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/tagesschau\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebooku<\/a>, 3,6 miliona na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tagesschau\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagramu<\/a>, 3,2 miliona na <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/tagesschau?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Twitteru<\/a> i 1,1 milion na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/tagesschau\/videos?app=desktop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YouTube-u<\/a>, gdje najgledanija videa imaju i preko 5 miliona pregleda. Za svaku od ovih dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea kreiraju poseban sadr\u017eaj koji je prilago\u0111en prioritetima i \u017eeljama publike. To zna\u010di da <strong>publika dobija druga\u010diji sadr\u017eaj ukoliko Tagesschau gleda na TV-u, ukoliko otvori web-stranicu ili ako posjeti Facebook i Instagram stranice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovakve primjere nema samo u visokorazvijenim zapadnim zemljama, ve\u0107 i u manje razvijenim. U Ukrajini, na primjer, skoro sve televizije imaju digitalnu strategiju. Ova zemlja je dobar primjer za to \u0161ta se de\u0161ava kada javni servis kasnije po\u010dne da gradi digitalnu strategiju. Ovo svakako stvara ogromnu mogu\u0107nost za privatne televizije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ilustracije radi, javni radiodifuzni servis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/suspilne.tb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UA: \u041f\u0435\u0440\u0448\u0438\u0439<\/a> ima ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od 164.000 pratilaca na Facebooku. Stranica je kreirana 2018. godine. U usporedbi, mnogo manja televizijska stanica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hromadskeua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0425\u0440\u043e\u043c\u0430\u0434\u0441\u043a\u0435<\/a> ima preko 800.000 pratilaca na Facebooku jer su od samog po\u010detka imali razvijenu digitalnu strategiju. Pore\u0111enje je jo\u0161 drasti\u010dnije na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/1tv.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagramu<\/a>, a vidljiva je razlika i na YouTube kanalima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"505\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/06-S\u030cta-je-to-s\u030cto-treba-minimum-uraditi_-1024x505.png\" alt=\"06-S\u030cta-je-to-s\u030cto-treba-minimum-uraditi_.png\" class=\"wp-image-14110\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/06-S\u030cta-je-to-s\u030cto-treba-minimum-uraditi_-1024x505.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/06-S\u030cta-je-to-s\u030cto-treba-minimum-uraditi_-300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/06-S\u030cta-je-to-s\u030cto-treba-minimum-uraditi_-768x379.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/06-S\u030cta-je-to-s\u030cto-treba-minimum-uraditi_.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je to \u0161to treba minimum uraditi?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nije dovoljno otvoriti samo Facebook stranicu, Instagram stranicu ili YouTube kanal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Ono \u0161to je potrebno svakoj televizijskoj ku\u0107i je da odmah po\u010dne da gradi svoje digitalno prisustvo kreiranjem sadr\u017eaja koji \u0107e se razlikovati od sadr\u017eaja koji se ve\u0107 objavljuje na televizijskom kanalu, &nbsp;tu prvenstveno mislimo na televizijske vijesti..<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi to izgledalo? Na primjer, ako televizijske vijesti traju 30 minuta i ako u njima ima 12 do 15 novinarskih priloga, <strong>neki od tih priloga se mogu prilagoditi za dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee, mo\u017ee se skratiti njihova du\u017eina trajanja, mogu se dodati informacije i sli\u010dno.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neki od tih priloga i materijala koji su ve\u0107 snimljeni mogu se ponovo izmontirati kako bi bili prikladni za svaku od dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea. Na primjer, da se smontiraju u formatu 1:1 za Instagram i Facebook, onda bi <strong>videosnimci, umjesto sa dominantno \u0161irokim kadrovima, trebali biti sa dominantno krupnim kadrovima i sa titlovima ili tekstom na ekranu, jer na ove dvije mre\u017ee publika prati sadr\u017eaj i bez uklju\u010denog zvuka, uglavnom na mobilnom telefonu<\/strong>. U prevodu, tekst na ekranu bit \u0107e zamjena za novinarski narativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Streaming dnevnih vijesti tako\u0111er mogu i\u0107i na YouTube umjesto samo na Facebooku. Istovremeno, Facebook i Instagram mogu vam biti kanali gdje politika i ekonomija ne\u0107e biti glavne teme kao na televijzijskim vijestima, ve\u0107 \u0107ete prednost dati pri\u010dama s fokusom na ljude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U okviru novinarskiih videopri\u010da na Instagramu se mogu kreirati i pri\u010de u vidu kartica s kori\u0161tenjem fotografija, grafika, audio i video. S ovim \u0107ete ste\u0107i novu publiku. Na Instagramu, televizije mogu izgraditi strategiju koja je druga\u010dija od one na webu ili na TV-u, \u0161to zna\u010di da ovdje prolaze i neki le\u017eerniji videi ili fotografije, odnosno sadr\u017eaji za putovanja, kulturu, tradiciju i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ukoliko su u vijestima emitovana intervjua koja zbog ograni\u010denog vremena ne mogu biti objavljeni u cijelosti, isti se mogu postaviti na YouTube<\/strong> gdje publika tra\u017ei duge sadr\u017eaje. Na Youtubeu mo\u017ee se objaviti snimak o tome kakav je posao monta\u017eera u jednoj televiziji, kakav je dan jednog snimatelja u toj televiziji, kako se pripremaju 30-minutne vijesti i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je preporuka svakoj televiziji na Balkanu. YouTube treba gledati kao dodatni kanal same televizije ili kao nastavak TV ekrana gdje \u0107e umjesto linearnog programa gledalac mo\u0107i da bira \u0161ta \u0107e i kada gledati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, balkanske televizijske stanice ne bi trebale da misle da imaju YouTube kanal samo objavljivanjem ve\u0107 emitovanih televizijskih vijesti ili samo objavljivanjem intervjua objavljenih u nekom od televizijskih programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potrebno je kreiranje sadr\u017eaja namijenjen ovoj mre\u017ei<\/strong>.
