{"id":16767,"date":"2022-08-03T14:44:13","date_gmt":"2022-08-03T12:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/journalift.org\/?p=16767"},"modified":"2022-08-03T14:47:40","modified_gmt":"2022-08-03T12:47:40","slug":"niske-honorare-kovid-podijelio-na-rate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/journalift.org\/bhsc\/niske-honorare-kovid-podijelio-na-rate\/","title":{"rendered":"Niske honorare kovid podijelio na rate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u017divot mladih glumaca i glumica za vrijeme pandemije <\/h2>\n\n<p><p><b>\u201e<\/b><b><i>Kad skonta\u0161 da ti ima\u0161 \u0161est godina rada i iskustva s referencama, a nema\u0161 dana radnog sta\u017ea, onog koji se pi\u0161e &#8211; to je jedan ogroman apsurd.<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Kad bi to rekao nekom ko se bavi ekonomijom, medicinom, menad\u017ementom, bilo kojom drugom strukom, u bilo kojoj drugoj dr\u017eavi, taj bi rekao &#8211; <\/span><\/i><b><i>pa vi imate ozbiljan problem!\u201c<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 po\u010dinje svoju pri\u010du o sukobu \u017eelje za radom i sive zone izme\u0111u zaposlenosti i nezaposlenosti glumica <\/span><b>Jasmina Dedi\u0107 \u2013 Ibri\u0107.<\/b><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><b>Dedi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je diplomirala na Akademiji dramske umjetnosti u Tuzli 2016. godine, ali njen gluma\u010dki anga\u017eman je po\u010deo jo\u0161 za vrijeme studija. Mi smo isto radnici. Svaka struka ima svoje radnike i izvr\u0161itelje radnje. To je firma. Narodno pozori\u0161te Tuzla je firma, kao i BH-telecom, kao i vodovod, kao i grijanje. Ali nikom nije jasno kako se tamo sistem brine za zapo\u0161ljavanje, ali ovdje se ne brine. \u0160to smo mi gori ili bolji od nekog?\u201c&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Isto pitanje postavlja mlada glumica iz Vojvodine koja je \u017eeljela da ostane anonimna jer smatra da, ako o svom problemu govori javno, to mo\u017ee donijeti neprilike prilikom radnog anga\u017emana. Kako ona ka\u017ee, posao glumca ne zavisi samo od truda i talenta, ve\u0107 i od socijalnih interakcija sa ljudima koji donose odluke.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><b>\u0160ta me spre\u010dava da na\u0111em stalan posao u struci? Iskreno, to \u0161to ne mogu da se dru\u017eim sa ljudima iz koristi. \u017delela bih da imam \u017eeludac za to, ali nemam. Ne radim stvari da bi me neko zaposlio, nego po\u0161teno obavljam svoj posao i svoje zadatke, pa se nekako u dubini svoje du\u0161e nadam da \u0107e to neko prepoznati.\u201c<\/b><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Ona je diplomirala glumu 2018. godine. Njen gluma\u010dki anga\u017eman je tako\u0111e po\u010deo za vrijeme studiranja. Iako su kastinzi za \u017eenske uloge mnogo rje\u0111e nego kastinzi za mu\u0161ke, na\u0161a sagovornica je trenutno anga\u017eovana u tri pozori\u0161ta u Vojvodini. Me\u0111utim, ni sa tri honorara se, ka\u017ee, ne mo\u017ee razmi\u0161ljati o stabilnosti i samostalnosti.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brojke govore sve<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ove glumice iz dvije zemlje dijele sudbinu sa jo\u0161 mnogo mladih glumica i glumaca koji nakon preuzimanja diplome na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada dugo \u010dekaju na ugovor o radu. U Srbiji je trenutno na evidenciji Nacionalne slu\u017ebe za zapo\u0161ljavanje ukupno 56 glumaca od kojih devet ima manje od 30 godina. Od svih glumaca na evidenciji, jedna petina je iz Vojvodine, od kojih ve\u0107inu predstavljaju \u017eene. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>U Bosni i Hercegovini 46 glumaca nalazi se na evidencijama nezaposlenih &#8211; njih 38 u Federaciji BiH i osmoro u Republici Srpskoj. Dok su Akademije dramskih\/scenskih umjetnosti samo u Sarajevu i Tuzli \u2013 gdje je i najve\u0107i broj nezaposlenih, pozori\u0161ta postoje u vi\u0161e gradova. Akademija upisuje studente na studijski program Gluma svake dvije godine sa dozvoljenim brojem od 15 studenata po klasi. Klasa u kojoj je diplomirala <\/span><b>Dedi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je bila prva klasa koja je upisala ve\u0107i broj studenata (njih 13 u odnosu na pro\u0161le generacije od \u0161est ili sedam ); a kasnije se praksa nastavila.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U posljednje \u010detiri klase, Akademiju je poha\u0111alo ukupno 48 studenata. Prema tom broju, <\/span><b>Tuzla dobije u prosjeku 12 mladih glumaca svake druge godine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S druge strane, u posljednje \u010detiri klase na Akademiji scenskih umjetnosti u Sarajevu, gdje se studenti upisuju svake godine, diplomiralo je ukupno 30 studenata. <\/span><b>Sarajevo dobije, svake godine, u prosjeku, sedam ili osam mladih glumaca.<\/b><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako izuzmemo studentsku scenu Teatar kabare Tuzla i Pozori\u0161te mladih Tuzle koje nema ansambl, onda <\/span><b>u Tuzli postoji samo jedno profesionalno pozori\u0161te<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><b>Dedi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> obja\u0161njava da <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201etr\u017ei\u0161te to ne mo\u017ee podnijeti.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sarajevo ima svake godine glumu, ali ima i pet pozori\u0161ta. Mi imamo svake druge godine glumu, a primamo studenata kao da imamo svake&#8230; Nekad je bilo bolje ako do\u0111e da studira glumu neko iz Osijeka, iz Novog Sada, \u017dupanije, zato \u0161to zna\u0161 da \u0107e oni oti\u0107i. Ako je to olak\u0161ica da ih Univerzitet primi, kao okej, \u0161est njih \u0107e se vratiti, a bitno je da oni nama daju po sto maraka, ili \u010dak ako su samofinansiraju\u0107i, po hiljadu &#8211; nije to rje\u0161enje.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Prema podacima iz ankete namijenjene diplomiranim glumicama i glumcima na ADU Tuzla u posljednje dvije klase, koju je popunilo njih 14 od 25, ve\u0107ina ih je trenutno nezaposlena.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"610\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03-1024x610.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16734\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03-1024x610.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03-300x179.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03-768x458.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelori glumci i glumice, ukoliko \u017eele ostati u Tuzlanskom kantonu, imaju samo Narodno pozori\u0161te u Tuzli. Me\u0111utim, prema rije\u010dima direktora <\/span><b>Mirze \u0106atibu\u0161i\u0107a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, posljednji konkurs za poziciju glumca\/glumice je raspisan prije 10 godina, te zadnji put kada je glumac primljen kao stalni \u010dlan ansambla je bilo 2013. godine. Anga\u017eman se svodi na Ugovor o djelu.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><b>\u0106atibu\u0161i\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dodaje da manjak mogu\u0107nosti za zasnivanje radnog odnosa ne \u0161teti samo glumcima i glumicama, ve\u0107 i ustanovi.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>\u201eNema nikakve sumnje da mladi glumci i glumice trebaju Narodnom pozori\u0161tu. Ne radi se to samo o pozicijama glumica i glumaca, radi se o tome da Narodnom pozori\u0161tu Tuzla hroni\u010dno nedostaje veliki broj radnika. Pozori\u0161te je slo\u017een mehanizam, i za kvalitetno i profesionalno obavljanje svoje djelatnosti zaista moramo imati na raspolaganju \u010ditav niz vrlo specifi\u010dnih radnih mjesta, djelatnika koji svako unutar svog radnog zadatka \u010dini jedno pozori\u0161te pozori\u0161tem. Sve drugo je improvizacija. Na\u017ealost, mi u ovom trenutku imamo strahovit manjak ljudi. Recimo da bi optimalan broj zaposlenih bio izme\u0111u 60 i 80. Mi u ovom trenutku imamo svega 36 zaposlenih.\u201c&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uprkos tome, Narodno pozori\u0161te ne mo\u017ee samoinicijativno raspisati konkurse bez obzira na evidentnu potrebu i deficit radnika, ve\u0107 mora pribaviti saglasnost suosniva\u010da: Vlade Tuzlanskog kantona i Grada Tuzle. Nema saglasnosti, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ergo,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nema konkursa. Ipak, <\/span><b>Dedi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> obja\u0161njava da se Narodno pozori\u0161te zaista trudi da na bilo kakav na\u010din pru\u017ei priliku mladim glumcima.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da ja moram da odem odavde, to bi bilo toliko emotivno cijepanje, za koje te niko ne pita, nikog nije briga. Jedan manje spoljni saradnik &#8211; je!!! A to nije za Pozori\u0161te tako, Pozori\u0161te nas na sve na\u010dine poku\u0161ava da uvu\u010de, da nas ostavi, da smo tu, ali sistem kao takav nema nikakvog sluha za nove ljude&#8230;\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u0161ko je prona\u0107i jednog negativca u cijeloj pri\u010di. Direktor <\/span><b>\u0106atibu\u0161i\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ka\u017ee da jednog <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ekrivca za to u biti nema\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, te da je odgovornost krivice jednako raspodijeljena.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi \u017eivimo u jednoj vrlo komplikovanoj dr\u017eavi i problem o kojem mi pri\u010damo, o nedostatku ljudi, o upra\u017enjenosti radnih mjesta u pozori\u0161tu, nije problem koji se desio preko no\u0107i ili koji je recentan, to je problem koji traje posljednjih 20 godina i sasvim sigurno pokazuje i odnos jednog dru\u0161tva prema kulturi.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profesionalni ansambl Narodnog pozori\u0161ta Tuzla broji <\/span><b>15 \u010dlanova.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ukoliko podijelimo uposlenike prema starosnim kategorijama i prema parametru da su mlade osobe do 30 godina starosti, <\/span><b>Narodno pozori\u0161te Tuzla NEMA zaposlenih mladih glumaca. Ostale tri mlade glumice na fotografiji su, tako\u0111e, spoljne saradnice<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>\u0160to se Vojvodine ti\u010de, Akademija umetnosti u Novom Sadu svake godine otvara  10 bud\u017eetskih mjesta na studijskom programu gluma na srpskom jeziku. Pored toga, svake druge godine, realizuje se i upis na glumu na ma\u0111arskom jeziku gdje primaju osam studenata. U prethodne \u010detiri godine program na srpskom jeziku je zavr\u0161ilo 27 glumaca, dok je na ma\u0111arskom sa diplomama u rukama sa akademije iza\u0161lo 14 mladih glumaca. Pro\u0161le godine niko nije diplomirao akademiju na ma\u0111arskom. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profesor na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu i predsjednik Saveza dramskih umetnika Vojvodine <\/span><b>Predrag Mom\u010dilovi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, za ovu statistiku krivi to \u0161to se gluma izu\u010dava na previ\u0161e mjesta. On navodi da je nekada bilo manje prostora za anga\u017eovanje glumaca, ali i manje akademija.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>\u201eU vreme kada sam ja zavr\u0161avao Akademiju, postojale su akademije samo u Beogradu, Novom Sadu i Zagrebu. Pritom, u Novom Sadu na Akademiji, nije se i\u0161lo svake godine, ve\u0107 svake druge ili tre\u0107e. Nas maksimalno 20-25 glumaca godi\u0161nje je izlazilo sa Akademije, a anga\u017eman i prostor je bio mnogo ve\u0107i. Danas, samo u Beogradu imate oko pet akademija, plus Novi Sad, plus Banja Luka, plus Sarajevo, da ne nabrajam. Oni godi\u0161nje izbacuju po 10, to zna\u010di samo sa su\u017eenog prostora mnogo vi\u0161e, \u0161kolovanih glumaca, a opet stalni anga\u017emani su skoro dovedeni na minimum.\u201d&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>On dodaje i da prirodno kretanje stanovni\u0161tva, odnosno odlazak u penziju starijih kolega, ne\u0107e stvoriti prostor za nove, mlade kolege, jer  svake godine sa studija iza\u0111e mnogo vi\u0161e diplomiranih glumaca nego \u0161to je tr\u017ei\u0161te rada spremno da prihvati.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brojke iz Vojvodine<\/h2>\n\n<p><p><b>Srpsko narodno pozori\u0161te u Novom Sadu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 broji 50 profesionalnih glumaca. Svi su na ugovoru o radu, a po potrebi anga\u017euju 10-15 glumaca na interpretatorske ugovore po sezoni. U posljednje tri godine, u ovom pozori\u0161tu navode da su zaposlili 14 glumaca i glumica. Oni su prije toga bili honorarni saradnici i kroz u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u repertoaru kvalifikovali su se za zaposlenje. Zapo\u0161ljavanje novih lica zavisi od Grada Subotice i Pokrajinske vlade kao osniva\u010da. Ukoliko se uprazni radno mjesto, i kada osniva\u010di odobre, iz ovog pozori\u0161ta navode da najprije zaposle mlade glumce koji igraju preko autorskog ugovora. Ostali glumci anga\u017eovani su na Ugovoru o djelu ili privremeno-povremenim poslovima i mla\u0111i su od 31 godine.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><b>Narodno pozori\u0161te Sombor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> u svom ansamblu ima 14 glumaca koji su anga\u017eovani po ugovoru o radu na neodre\u0111eno ili odre\u0111eno vrijeme. Pored njih, u svojim predstavama anga\u017euju i spoljne honorarne saradnike glumce, njih ukupno 18 u predstavama koje su trenutno na repertoaru. Navode da nove glumce biraju uglavnom iz redova spoljnih saradnika. Od zaposlenih glumaca, njih troje spada u kategoriju od 18 do 30 godina i oni su svi anga\u017eovani na odre\u0111eno vrijeme. Me\u0111u spoljnim saradnicima, osmoro je mladih, navodi direktorka ovog pozori\u0161ta <\/span><b>Bojana Kova\u010devi\u0107.<\/b><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><b>Pored ovoga, dodala bih da je situaciju znatno pogor\u0161ala zabrana zapo\u0161ljavanja koja je na snazi prakti\u010dno od 2014. godine. To znatno ote\u017eava zapo\u0161ljavanje mladih glumaca, kao i popunjavanje upra\u017enjenih radnih mesta, do \u010dega dolazi odlaskom ljudi u penziju, prirodnim odlivom, itd.\u201c<\/b><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direktorka De\u010djeg pozori\u0161ta u Subotici, <\/span><b>Marta Aroksala\u0161i<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> na \u010delu je ove ustanove ve\u0107 11 godina. Kako ona ka\u017ee, godinama poku\u0161ava da anga\u017euje mlade i \u0161kolovane glumce,\u00a0 upravo zato \u0161to smatra da ih je previ\u0161e na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada &#8211; a premalo u pozori\u0161tima.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eIzuzetno mi je \u017eao da posle zavr\u0161etka raznih Akademija, velika ve\u0107ina mladih glumaca nema priliku da ulazi u stalni anga\u017eman profesionalnih pozori\u0161ta &#8211; izuzev pojedinaca koji su pravi sre\u0107nici u tom pogledu. Pozori\u0161ta mogu da anga\u017euju mlade glumce po potrebi i sopstvenoj inicijativi, ali se njihov anga\u017eman u finansijskom smislu ispla\u0107uje iz sopstvenih sredstava pozori\u0161ta. Pozori\u0161te koje ima ve\u0107e finansijske mogu\u0107nosti, lak\u0161e se odlu\u010duje za anga\u017eovanje mladih glumaca.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; ka\u017ee Aroksala\u0161i.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Ona obja\u0161njava da je praksa njihovog pozori\u0161ta da neprekidno osvje\u017eavaju ansambl mladim glumcima i da im povjeravaju glavne uloge u predstavama. Kako ona ka\u017ee, Zakon im je dozvolio da anga\u017euju i dva mlada glumca na platu, na odre\u0111eno vrijeme. Sa druge strane, redovno na repertoarskim predstavama imaju oko \u010detiri mlada glumca na srpskom jeziku i isto toliko na ma\u0111arskom jeziku, ali kao honorarne saradnike.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eNa\u017ealost, koliko god je potreba za njima, u samim kolektivima ne postoji zajedni\u010dki stav o potrebi anga\u017eovanja mladih glumaca &#8211; usled straha da stariji glumci ne\u0107e imati uloge u predstavama. Ipak, stariji glumci jedva \u010dekaju da ih mladi zamene, jer ra\u010dunaju sa tim da \u0107e uz manje rada, do\u010dekati svoju penziju sa sasvim korektnim platama.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; navodi direktorka ove institucije.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sa maskama i bez maske<\/h2>\n\n<p>Jo\u0161 jedna ote\u017eavaju\u0107a okolnost je uticaj korona virusa na okupljanja, rad pozori\u0161ta i posredno, na polo\u017eaj mladih glumaca. Za njih je neizvjesnost dodatno narasla, jer su ionako neredovna primanja dovedena u pitanje.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spoljna saradnica u Narodnom pozori\u0161tu Tuzla, Jasmina Dedi\u0107 opisuje sa \u010dime se suo\u010davaju od izbijanja pandemije. Isplata za odre\u0111eni mjesec se, prema rije\u010dima <\/span><b>Dedi\u0107,<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201erazlo\u017eila\u201c <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na rate koje su pristizale na po\u010detku, na sredini, na kraju teku\u0107eg i na po\u010detku sljede\u0107eg mjeseca.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti ne osjeti\u0161 kad te pare tebi legnu, koliko si ti zaradio i taj sistem vi\u0161e nije vanredno stanje, oni su to usvojili sad kao obrazac. Ni mi ne glumimo na rate. Sad ka\u017ee\u0161: eh, dobro ve\u010de, mi \u0107emo odigrati prvi \u010din, jer toliko smo pla\u0107eni, do\u0111ite sljede\u0107e sedmice &#8211; odigrat \u0107emo drugi \u010din.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><b>Dedi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dodaje da ovo nije samo njena pri\u010da. Od njenih 11 diplomiranih kolega s klase, samo troje ih radi u struci i to ne u stalnom radnom odnosu. Kritikom ovakvog sistema umjetnici ne o\u010dekuju da im se i\u0161ta pokloni, ve\u0107 da se vrati zaslu\u017eeno.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><b>\u201eMi radimo za publiku, radimo za ljude, radimo i za te \u0161to do\u0111u i za te \u0161to ne do\u0111u, radimo i za one koji nas finansiraju i radimo za one koji nas ne finansiraju, radimo i za one \u0161to nam daju na rate, ali mi ne glumimo na rate. I mi samo dajemo &#8211; to je ono \u0161to je dobro. A ono \u0161to nije dobro je \u0161to si i dalje, nakon svega toga, na toj margini. Mi smo uvijek na margini. Ne mislim samo glumci i pozori\u0161te, ve\u0107 umjetnost kao takva.\u201c<\/b><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bog pandemije i \u017eivot <\/span><b>mlade glumice iz Vojvodine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> postao je znatno izazovniji. Kako zbog kovida ima manje predstava, na\u0161a sagovornica po prvi put razmi\u0161lja o promjeni profesije.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eOvo je godina kada ja po\u010dinjem da razmi\u0161ljam \u0161ta bih jo\u0161 mogla da radim pored svoje profesije, iako zaista mislim da je moje mesto na sceni i ne mislim da napu\u0161tam svoj poziv nikako. Ali sa primanjima kao honorarni saradnik u ovim pozori\u0161tima, prosto ne mogu da \u017eivim jedan samostalni \u017eivot &#8211; a imam 26 godina. Jedna velika \u017eelja mi je da se osamostalim, da \u017eivim sama.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Velika ve\u0107ina njenih kolega i dalje nema stabilna primanja. Ipak, ona ka\u017ee da nije sve tako crno.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eMogu da ka\u017eem da na ove ili one na\u010dine, mladi ljudi se zapo\u0161ljavaju u proteklih godinu dana ba\u0161 dosta u svim pozori\u0161tima u Vojvodini, Beogradu, Srbiji. Jer je ove godine skinuta zabrana zapo\u0161ljavanja u dr\u017eavnim firmama. To je pozitivna stvar.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projekti kao potencijalno rje\u0161enje<\/h2>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profesor novosadske Akademije umetnosti i predsjednik Saveza dramskih umetnika Vojvodine, <\/span><b>Predrag Mom\u010dilovi\u0107<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> predla\u017ee kao rje\u0161enje za nezaposlenosti mladih glumaca projektno finansiranje. Od njih se sada o\u010dekuje da se osim glume bave produkcijom i organizacijom svog posla.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eTo je jo\u0161 jedna \u0161ansa za anga\u017eovanje mladih glumaca. Ono \u0161ta je nekada bila jedina mogu\u0107nost, a to je da se posle zavr\u0161ene Akademije ili anga\u017emana u jednom pozori\u0161tu vi \u201cuhlebite\u201d u neko drugo, da onda ko beli medvedi do kraja radnog veka budete na jednom radnom mestu, za\u0161ti\u0107eni i statusom i platom &#8211; mislim da \u0107e toga biti sve manje, ali to ne zna\u010di da \u0107e to uni\u0161titi mogu\u0107nost bavljenja kulturom.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p> Kao primjer navodi potez iz svojih studentskih dana. <\/p>\n\n<p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eMoja generacija je napravila \u201ePozori\u0161te promena\u201d. Mi smo sa tom promenom, dok smo bili na Akademiji, uspeli da se prika\u017eemo na prostoru cele Jugoslavije. To je bio jedan poku\u0161aj da se ne radi u institucijama i nevezano za Akademiju, nego smo radili predstave koje su nas negde interesovale.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Aktivnosti pozori\u0161ta vremenom su zamrle, ali nove generacije se ponovo okupljaju i \u201ePozori\u0161te promena\u201d je opet za\u017eivjelo.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I u Tuzlanskom kantonu, mladi glumci i glumice veoma \u010desto pribjegavaju alternativnim rje\u0161enjima &#8211; pokretanju sopstvenih dramskih radionica, projekata ili, u slu\u010daju mladog bra\u010dnog gluma\u010dkog para <\/span><b>Sadike i Ermina Avdi\u0107a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; otvaranju Art Centra \u201eAnkata\u201d. Trenutno u ekipi na koju ra\u010dunamo kada je \u201cPutuju\u0107e pozori\u0161te\u201d u pitanju je \u0161est glumaca i dva umjetni\u010dka kadra, da se tako izrazim.
