Glavni zadatak njegovog tima je da ure\u0111iva\u010dkom timu organizacije obezbedi porast publike.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>\u201eMoja uloga je da budem \u0161arka izme\u0111u svih razli\u010ditih timova u medijskoj kompaniji. Me\u0111utim, Katover isti\u010de da jo\u0161 uvek zaostaju za nekim konkurentima (neki od njih su <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bbcpersian\/?hl=de\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BBC Persian<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/radiofarda\/?hl=de\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Radio Farda<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ili<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/euronews_persian\/?hl=de\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Euronews Persian<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), koje tim veoma pomno prati u svakodnevnom radu.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Jo\u0161 jedan primer Katoverovog svakodnevnog rada bio bi pomaganje \u010dlanovima njegovog tima u re\u0161avanju problema kao \u0161to su opomene za autorska prava na Jutjubu. \u201eTu je moj Jutjub lider i mo\u017eda c\u0301e mu trebati moja pomoc\u0301 da u su\u0161tini moderira izme\u0111u uredni\u010dkog tima, koji je u panici, i platforme.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Sve u svemu, rukovodilac RP-a  nema \u201etipi\u010dan dan\u201c.
