Iste te medijske organizacije te\u0161ko mogu zamisliti ulaganje u novi kanal ili razvoj novih proizvoda bez temeljne poslovne analize koja podrazumijeva detaljnu analizu tr\u017ei\u0161ta. Me\u0111utim, ovaj pristup nije toliko zastupljen na vec\u0301ini tr\u017ei\u0161ta zapadnog Balkana, gdje su tr\u017ei\u0161ni podaci ili potpuno nedostupni ili iskrivljeni djelimi\u010dnim, zastarjelim i nepouzdanim statistikama.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kao \u0161to su mnoge organizacije uklju\u010dene u projekat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Media for All <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">otkrile dok su razvijale svoje poslovne planove i bud\u017eete, vezivanje konkretne cifre za odre\u0111eni tr\u017ei\u0161ni parametar koji je od klju\u010dne va\u017enosti za buduc\u0301e planiranje, \u010des\u0107e je rezultat procjene umjesto stvarnog mjerenja. Podaci koji govore o karakteristikama odre\u0111enog tr\u017ei\u0161ta, kao \u0161to su <strong>tip i koli\u010dina, proizvoda ili usluga koje se nude ciljnoj publici, godi\u0161nji bud\u017eeti za ogla\u0161avanje, stvarni tro\u0161kova ogla\u0161avanja koji se plac\u0301aju konkurentima, cijene po pregledu oglasa,<\/strong> kao i mnogih drugih komponenti neophodnih za dobru poslovnu procjenu, ili nisu dostupne, ili su zastarjele i nepouzdane. Pored toga, zvani\u010dne informacije o rejtingu gledanosti ili \u010ditanosti ili nisu uvijek dostupne ili su na raspolaganju isklju\u010dinajvec\u0301im nacionalnim emiterima koji su spremni da za njih plate.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Osim navedenog, tr\u017ei\u0161te je rijetko potpuno slobodno &#8211; to zna\u010di da politi\u010dka, poslovna, ali i etni\u010dka i porodi\u010dna uvezanost uti\u010du na odluke ogla\u0161ava\u010da, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i i one institucionalne. Ipak, potrebne su dodatne vje\u0161tine, fleksibilnost i inovativnost, \u0161to je vrlo tipi\u010dno za uspje\u0161ne menad\u017eere medija u regionu, koji su pre\u017eivjeli mnoge politi\u010dke i ekonomske oluje.<\/p>\n\n<p>U nastavku donosim nekoliko prakti\u010dnih savjeta o tome kako da se bavite mjerenjem svog tr\u017ei\u0161ta bez oslanjanja na lako dostupne informacije.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ne zasnivajte svoje odluke samo na osjec\u0301aju <\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n<p>Znamo, tokom godina vas je zasnivanje odluka na sopstvenom osje\u0107aju dovelo tamo gdje ste sada i s pravom mo\u017eda osjec\u0301ate da va\u0161e tr\u017ei\u0161te niko ne poznaje bolje od vas i va\u0161eg prodajnog tima.<\/p>\n\n<p>To kako \u0107e novi projekat te\u0107i bi\u0107e va\u0161a menad\u017eerska odluka, ali prethodno se pobrinite da ta odluka bude utemeljena i na dodatnom znanju koje \u0107ete prikupiti od ljudi izvan va\u0161e organizacije, odnosno od va\u0161e ciljne publike i va\u0161ih potencijalnih ogla\u0161iva\u010da i investitora (vi\u0161e o samim metodama pro\u010ditajte u nastavku);<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Ne zasnivajte odluke samo na stru\u010dnosti va\u0161eg uredni\u010dkog tima<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n<p>Novinari i urednici su vrlo specifi\u010dan, usko specijalizovan segment publike, duboko preokupiran produkcijom programa i pri\u010da. Njihovi profesionalni standardi i procjene su od klju\u010dne va\u017enosti za stvaranje kvalitetnog sadr\u017eaja, ali obi\u010dno nisu reprezentativni za va\u0161u klju\u010dnu publiku i mo\u017eda nec\u0301e prepoznati vrijednost odre\u0111ene vrste sadr\u017eaja onako kako c\u0301e va\u0161a publika, a samim tim i va\u0161i ogla\u0161ava\u010di.<\/p>\n\n<p>Novinari bi se generalno slo\u017eili da vrhunac medijskog stvarala\u0161tva predstavljaju dubinsko, istra\u017eiva\u010dko, novinarstvo i  dokumentarna produkciju. Me\u0111utim, realnost je da takvo novinarstvo ne plac\u0301a ra\u010dune i zapravo c\u0301e odvratiti ogla\u0161iva\u010de, posebno u slu\u010dajevima kada je poslovni ili politi\u010dki partner ogla\u0161iva\u010da predmet va\u0161eg istra\u017eivanja. Ova procjena c\u0301e vam biti potrebna pri finalizaciji projekta iz uredni\u010dke perspektive i prelasku na sledec\u0301i korak. Bic\u0301e potrebno sprovo\u0111enje\u00a0 kvantitativnog i kvalitativnog istra\u017eivanja. Prvenstveno \u0107ete morati da <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oslanjanje na podatke u\u010dinite dijelom kulture svog tima, vodec\u0301i ra\u010duna da se kreiranje sadr\u017eaja zasniva na analizi anga\u017eovanja publike na razli\u010ditim platformama za distribuciju sadr\u017eaja. Za <strong>kvantitativni dio<\/strong> istra\u017eivanja dobro polazi\u0161te je organski doseg (<i>reach<\/i>) va\u0161ih digitalnih kanala.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O prepoznavanju prilika za rast, detaljnoj analizi va\u0161ih podataka i kori\u0161c\u0301enju va\u0161e veb stranice kao laboratorije za rast, mo\u017eete nau\u010diti mnogo toga iz <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/thomsonfoundation.edcastcloud.com\/learn\/digital-media-audience-engagement-self-paced\/?locale=en\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ovog izvanrednog onlajn kursa<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> koji je nedavno razvio vrhunski stru\u010dnjak u ovoj oblasti za <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thomson Foundation<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (kurs je besplatan, registracija je obavezna).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za <strong>kvalitativni dio<\/strong>, bi\u0107e vam potrebne povratne informacije publike. Pored prethodno pomenutog anketiranja na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, razumijevanje reakcija publike na sadr\u017eaj najbolje je postic\u0301i prate\u0107i diskusiju unutar fokus grupa. Ovo funkcioni\u0161e na vec\u0301im tr\u017ei\u0161tima na kojima se mediji i ogla\u0161iva\u010di ne poznaju, dok je insajder upravo ono \u0161to i sama rije\u010d sugeri\u0161e &#8211; neko ko stvarno radi za konkurenciju ili sa njom, spreman da neslu\u017ebeno dijeli informacije.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Kao \u0161to je pomenuto na po\u010detku, mjerenje mnogih manjih tr\u017ei\u0161ta \u010desto je rezultat procjene. Me\u0111utim, postoji razlika izme\u0111u procjene i informisane procjene (educated guess) koja je zasnovana na odre\u0111enim informacijama i provjerenim pretpostavkama. &#13;\n<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Procjena<\/strong> proizlazi iz va\u0161eg osje\u0107aja zasnovanog na ste\u010denom iskustvu u va\u0161em poslu i uvijek je sjajna polazna ta\u010dka.
