Ljudi sa kojima sam komunicirala bili su strastveni, borbeni, povremeno samoprogla\u0161eni kao Don Kihoti ali su bili nepopustljivi u svojoj te\u017enji da gra\u0111anima pru\u017ee istinite informacije.<\/p>\n\n<p>Za mene, to predstavlja ideal profesije novinarstva.<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naravno, druga strana pri\u010de odnosi se na izazov zara\u0111ivanja novca. Problemi su brojni &#8211; od nedostatka radne snage, resursa, pa sve do manjka stru\u010dnosti i odgovarajuc\u0301ih biznisa koji bi bili voljni za promociju i ogla\u0161avanje na platformama medija. Mala tr\u017ei\u0161ta sa malom konkurencijom ponekad zavaraju vlasnike preduzec\u0301a i njihove menad\u017eere (potencijalne ogla\u0161iva\u010de) da pomisle da svi znaju za njih jer se vijesti brzo \u0161ire, ili \u010dak pomisle da ljudi nemaju mnogo izbora, pa moraju da kupuju njihove proizvode ili koriste njihove usluge. <strong>To \u010desto zna\u010di da ova preduzec\u0301a misle da im ogla\u0161avanje uop\u0161te nije potrebno.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postavlja se logi\u010dno pitanje: kako onda da mali, lokalni mediji ubijede lokalna preduzec\u0301a da je ogla\u0161avanje upravo ono \u0161to im treba? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ukratko, <strong>pripremite, kreirajte i uvje\u017ebajte prodajnu prezentaciju. Razmislite \u0161ta imate da ponudite<\/h3>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Zapitajte se ko ste vi i ko je va\u0161a publika. Postavite pitanja koja vam u tome mogu pomo\u0107i, poput: Za\u0161to vas publika prati, \u010dita\/slu\u0161a\/gleda va\u0161e vijesti? \u0160ta je ono \u0161to nudite, a da se razlikuje od ponude va\u0161ih konkurenata? Upravo ta razlika je ono \u0161to vas \u010dini jedinstvenim. <\/p>\n\n<p>Znati po \u010demu je va\u0161 medij poseban, od su\u0161tinskog je zna\u010daja za va\u0161u prodajnu prezentaciju, jer govori o na\u010dinu na koji izvje\u0161tavate, ali i o \u010demu izvje\u0161tavate. Na sva ova pitanja vjerovatno mo\u017eete dati odgovor i sami. Ali, ako \u017eelite biti sigurni, pitajte kolege, prijatelje, publiku ili va\u0161u majku &#8211; za\u0161to da ne? Pitajte ljude koji nisu va\u0161a publika \u0161ta im se dopada kod drugih medija, a \u0161ta im se ne dopada kod vas. To zna\u010di da \u0107e \u017eeljeti da znaju koliko ljudi prati va\u0161 medij, ko su oni, \u0161ta rade na va\u0161em veb sajtu (ukoliko imate veb sajt), koliko dugo ostaju na njemu i koliko imate posjetilaca koji se ponovo vra\u0107aju va\u0161em sajtu.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Prikupljanje podataka u praksi izgleda ovako:<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ako imate veb sajt, mo\u017eete se osloniti na Google analitiku. Putem ove ankete mo\u017eete pitati ljude \u0161ta misle.<\/strong> U nastavku su samo neki od primjera pitanja koje mo\u017eete postaviti:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>da li slu\u0161aju radio,<\/li><li>koji radio naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e slu\u0161aju,<\/li><li>u kojem vremenskom periodu uklju\u010de radio (ujutru, dok jedu, piju kafu, tokom vo\u017enje i sl),<\/li><li>koju vrstu muzike vole,<\/li><li>koji tip vijesti preferiraju,<\/li><li>koje izvore vijesti prate<\/li><li>\u0161ta im se ne svi\u0111a,<\/li><li>u kojoj mjeri im smetaju radio reklame,<\/li><li>koje reklame im najvi\u0161e smetaju itd.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Poku\u0161ajte da razumijete poslovne ljude kojima se obra\u0107ate<\/h3>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Preduzec\u0301a mogu uklju\u010divati \u0161irok spektar ljudi. Da biste imali bolje razumijevanje i ve\u0107u stopu konverzije, kreirajte persone. Proces razvijanja persona je vrlo sli\u010dan  profilisanju u krimi serijama &#8211; zamislite kako bi FBI agenti pristupili opisivanju serijskih ubica. Dakle, potrebno je razmisliti kako va\u0161e persone donose odluke i \u0161ta ih navodi na akciju. Tako\u0111e, treba razmisliti o tome ko su oni i poku\u0161ati da se stavimo na njihovo mjesto postavljaju\u0107i pitanja: \u0161ta bi oni mislili o nama, za\u0161to se ne bi ogla\u0161avali, za\u0161to im se ne bi svidio na\u0161 medij i, \u0161to je najva\u017enije, kakav potencijal vide u nama?<\/p>\n\n<p>U nastavku vam dajem dva primjera potencijalnih persona.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On je osniva\u010d lokalne rastuc\u0301e kompanije, srednjih godina, ali jo\u0161 uvijek nije iskusan u vo\u0111enju posla, iako \u010ditav svoj \u017eivot vodi kompaniju. On je mikro menad\u017eer &#8211; rijetko vjeruje ljudima i ne delegira zadatke na ispravan na\u010din. Zaposleni ga se pla\u0161e jer mo\u017ee biti prili\u010dno temperamentan. Sa druge strane ga i obo\u017eavaju, jer je zaista dobra osoba koja im poma\u017ee kada je to zaista potrebno, mada su im plate prili\u010dno niske. Voli da se o njemu misli kao o dobroj osobi, uspje\u0161nom poslovnom \u010dovjeku i kao nekom ko je veoma dobro upuc\u0301en u posao koji radi. Oslanja se na savjete svojih prijatelja koje dobija kada iza\u0111u na pic\u0301e. To ga inspiri\u0161e. Ponekad je to najbolji na\u010din da mu se obratite &#8211; preko njegovih prijatelja ili preko nekoga ko ima uticaj sli\u010dan njihovom. <strong>Da biste ga nagovorili da se ogla\u0161ava u va\u0161em mediju, morate mu predo\u010diti podatke i \u010dinjenice. Tra\u017eite od njega priliku da uka\u017eete \u0161ta ogla\u0161avanje mo\u017ee donijeti, a nakon toga mu isporu\u010dite rezultate.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ona je menad\u017eerka privatne kompanije. Osoba je koja donosi odluke i radoholi\u010darka, ali uvijek ima zadatak da ubijedi ostatak tima, a ponekad i osniva\u010da u to da su njene odluke dobre. Potrebno joj je puno dobrih argumenata kako bi mogla da brani svoje odluke pred vlasnikom kompanije, ali treba i svaku vrstu podr\u0161ke koja bi joj olak\u0161ala \u017eivot. Ona dobro delegira zadatke, ali treba da uspostavi povjerenje.<strong> Potrebno je da joj date dobre argumente. Razmislite \u0161ta mo\u017eete u\u010diniti kako bi vam vjerovala.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Naravno da mo\u017eete imati vi\u0161e od dvije razli\u010dite persone. Istra\u017eite konkurenciju<\/h3>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Da biste mogli da se razlikujete od drugih, morate znati ko su ti drugi. Vjerovatno ih vec\u0301 znate, ali poku\u0161ajte da otkrijete koliko naplac\u0301uju za ogla\u0161avanje na svojim platformama, pratite ko su njihovi ogla\u0161iva\u010di i pogledajte da li c\u0301e vam to dati ideju ko mo\u017ee biti va\u0161 ogla\u0161iva\u010d. Poku\u0161ajte da objektivno defini\u0161ete za\u0161to su oni bolji ili gori od vas i,  na kraju, sve to zapi\u0161ite.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Napravite prodajnu prezentaciju<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nau\u010dili ste sve o sebi, svojoj publici, identifikovali ste svoje persone i konkurenciju? Odli\u010dno, pravo je vrijeme da to iskoristite: Napravite prodajnu prezentaciju (pitch)!<\/p>\n\n<p>Va\u0161a prodajna prezentacija predstavlja vas, odnosno va\u0161 medij. To je \u0161ansa da poka\u017eete koliko ste dobri u onome \u0161to radite, a pokazuje i koliko ste strastveni i pouzdani. Ujedno, ovo je i prilika da poka\u017eete svoje principe i za\u0161to va\u0161a publika vjeruje u vas.
