{"id":7770,"date":"2021-07-21T00:00:30","date_gmt":"2021-07-20T22:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/journalift.org\/?p=7770"},"modified":"2021-07-21T00:04:41","modified_gmt":"2021-07-20T22:04:41","slug":"kako-upravljati-timom-na-daljinu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/journalift.org\/bhsc\/kako-upravljati-timom-na-daljinu\/","title":{"rendered":"Kako upravljati timom na daljinu?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tokom poslednjih godinu dana mnogi biznisi su bili primorani da se digitalizuju, a oni koji su mogli, uveli su novi na\u010din organizovanja svakodnevnog poslovanja &#8211; rad na daljinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rad na daljinu nije novi pojam, ali se u klasi\u010dnom poslovanju primenjivao mnogo manje nego \u0161to je to bilo u jeku pandemije, pa \u010dak i u mesecima nakon toga. On predstavlja<strong> <\/strong>na\u010din organizovanja poslovanja koji omogu\u0107ava svakom radniku da radi od ku\u0107e ili sa udaljene lokacije, da svoje <strong>zadatke obavlja putem interneta<\/strong> i da se interna komunikacija odvija putem razli\u010ditih softverskih alata i interneta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uvek je bilo mnogo debate oko prednosti i mana razli\u010ditih organizacija internog poslovanja, rada na daljinu ili rada iz kancelarije. Ipak, \u010dinjenica je da ponekad ne mo\u017eemo da biramo i da je potrebno da imamo znanja i alate koji \u0107e nam omogu\u0107iti da se sna\u0111emo u situaciji kada je nu\u017eno imati tim \u010diji se svi \u010dlanovi ne nalazi na jednom mestu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samo nekih od <strong>problema<\/strong> koji se mogu javiti kada je tim primoran da radi na daljinu su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nepostojanje direktnog nadzora \u010dlanova tima<\/li><li>Smanjeni pristup informacijama<\/li><li>Dru\u0161tvena izolacija<\/li><li>Ometanja pa\u017enje od strane spolja\u0161njih faktora<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/02-Kako-uticati-na-produktivnost-clanova-tima_-1024x506.png\" alt=\"Kako-uticati-na-produktivnost-clanova-tima\" class=\"wp-image-7775\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/02-Kako-uticati-na-produktivnost-clanova-tima_-1024x506.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/02-Kako-uticati-na-produktivnost-clanova-tima_-300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/02-Kako-uticati-na-produktivnost-clanova-tima_-768x379.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/02-Kako-uticati-na-produktivnost-clanova-tima_.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako uticati na produktivnost \u010dlanova tima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih briga kod upravljanja tima koji radi na daljinu je pitanje: \u201eKako biti siguran da \u0107e zaposleni biti produktivni i po\u0161tovati radno vreme?\u201c, ili bolje re\u010deno: \u201eKako obezbediti da svi radni zadaci budu obavljeni na vreme?\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razlika u ova dva pitanja je klju\u010dna:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Da li treba da vas brine \u010dinjenica da zaposleni imaju 8 sati ne\u0161to da rade, ili da sede pored ra\u010dunara u ta\u010dno zadato vreme, ili je bitnije da se svi zadaci, tekstovi, komunikacija, izve\u0161taji i projekti odrade na vreme?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitno je postaviti sistem koji dozvoljava pojedincima fleksibilnost u radu, omogu\u0107avaju\u0107i im da sami sebi organizuju deo vremena u kojem \u0107e obaviti svoje zadatke jer \u0107e tako lak\u0161e uskladiti to sa prekidima ili distrakcijama koje se mogu javiti kada rade iz ku\u0107nog okru\u017eenja. Time dozvoljavate va\u0161im zaposlenima da obave i privatne obaveze, a i da rade na svojim zadacima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Svakodnevna komunikacija je klju\u010dna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rad od ku\u0107e mo\u017ee da uti\u010de na pojedince na na\u010din da se \u201eodviknu\u201c od rada iz kancelarije, od komunikacije sa ljudima i da im opadne energija i inicijativa za obavljanje svojih poslovnih zadataka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To mo\u017eete re\u0161iti <strong>svakodnevnom komunikacijom, redovnim sastancima ali i razli\u010ditim chat programima<\/strong> koji omogu\u0107uju da ste uvek u komunikaciji sa va\u0161im timom. Programi kao \u0161to su <em>Skype, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord <\/em>i drugi, nude malim i velikim kompanijama svoje aplikacije kao alat za konstantu komunikaciju na razli\u010ditim kanalima, projektnim diskusijama, <em>chat<\/em> prozorima ili video i audio razgovorima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za o\u010duvanje zdrave komunikacije u timu, va\u017eno je i da va\u0161a <strong>komunikacija ne bude uvek uslovljena samo poslovnim temama i timskim sastancima<\/strong>. Sa druge strane, rad od ku\u0107e je ipak rad iz sopstvenog \u017eivotnog prostora u kome se pona\u0161amo onako kako mi \u017eelimo. To ne treba da bude slu\u010daj i kada obavljamo poslovne zadatke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zamislite da radite na nekom projektu i od tri \u010dlana tima, jedan vas je pozvao putem Zoom-a, drugi je poslao poruku na kanal u Slack-u, a tre\u0107i je poslao poruku na Viber ili Whatsapp na va\u0161 privatni broj. Kako biste ovo izbegli, a i kako vam ne bi promakla neka poruka, <strong>treba postaviti jasna pravila na\u010dina komunikacije<\/strong> tokom rada na daljinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primer, potrebno je imati svakodnevni sastanak sa svima u timu svaki dan u 10 \u010dasova, a za sve ostale hitne stvari se koriste poruke unutar Slack aplikacije. Ukoliko neko dodaje novosti za neki projekat potrebno je da unese sve na Trello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sli\u010dno va\u017ei i za obezbe\u0111ivanje resursa. Kada radimo iz kancelarije, firma nam obezbe\u0111uje prostorije, stolove, stolice, Internet, ponekad \u010dak i ra\u010dunare sa kojima radimo. Kada radimo od ku\u0107e, svako to treba obezbediti za sebe. Recimo izraelska kompanija koja nema nijednog radnika u Izraelu, osim osniva\u010da, projekt menad\u017eera iz Srbije, pisca iz Amerike, ilustratora iz Bugarske, prodavca iz \u0160panije i animatora iz Poljske, ali \u010diji je proizvod isklju\u010divo digitalni proizvod koji se ugovara, produkuje i isporu\u010duje klijentu u digitalnom obliku (tekstovi, ilustracije, animacije, marketing planovi, itd.).
