Ve\u0107a upotreba i pra\u0107enje podataka o izvedbi sadr\u017eaja zna\u010dajno bi promenila fokus izve\u0161tavanja ovih medija, \u0161to bi trebalo doprineti rastu prometa, anga\u017emana i lojalnosti njihovih \u010ditatelja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je rezultat istra\u017eivanja koje je proveo <a href=\"https:\/\/smartocto.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Smartocto<\/a>, vode\u0107i evropski kreator softvera za analizu pona\u0161anja internetske publike, koriste\u0107i tri onlajn medija u Albaniji kao primer \u2013 Durreslajm iz Dra\u010da, Citizen channel iz Tirane i Sarandaweb iz Sarande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje ra\u0111eno u okviru projeka <em>Media for all<\/em> Thomson fondacije, obuhvatilo je podatke tri onlajn medija u Albaniji, koji su prikupljani u periodu od \u010detiri meseca, od po\u010detka maja do kraja avgusta 2021. godine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smartocto insights platforma sakuplja podatke o performansama sadr\u017eaja, analiziraju\u0107u sve glavne metrike, kao \u0161to su broj \u010ditanja, dubina \u010ditanja, vreme \u010ditanja tekstova, dok napredni algoritam korisnicima predstavlja ocenu kvaliteta razli\u010ditih sadr\u017eaja na osnovu pona\u0161anja publike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medijima je obezbe\u0111eno kori\u0161\u0107enje analiti\u010dkog servisa Smartocto Insights, kreiran je specijalni <a href=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/courses\/strategic-use-of-data-from-basics-to-decision-making-based-on-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onlajn kurs<\/a>, kao i treninzi za kori\u0161\u0107enje sistema i pode\u0161avanje sistema izve\u0161tavanja, uz odre\u0111eni nivo konsaltinga, pre svega usmerenog na razumevanje i kori\u0161\u0107enje podataka o konzumiranju onlajn sadr\u017eaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"504\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/02-Kljuc\u030cni-nalazi-1024x504.png\" alt=\"Kljuc\u030cni-nalazi\" class=\"wp-image-9533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/02-Kljuc\u030cni-nalazi-1024x504.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/02-Kljuc\u030cni-nalazi-300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/02-Kljuc\u030cni-nalazi-768x378.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/02-Kljuc\u030cni-nalazi.png 1281w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klju\u010dni nalazi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e istra\u017eivanje se bazira na analizi rubrika, broja objavljenih tekstova, broja anga\u017eovanih i lojalnih \u010ditalaca, i ostalim klju\u010dnim metrikama koje se koriste za evaluaciju uspeha nekog digitalnog medija. Ukupno smo analizirali 11.300 \u010dlanaka, koji su imali 785.000 \u010ditanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slede najva\u017enija saznanja:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Analiza rubrika medija pokazala je da je <strong>u proseku svega 45 odsto rubrika isplativo<\/strong>, odnosno da broj objavljenih tekstova u tim rubrikama odgovara fokusu \u010ditalaca<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fokus medija na izve\u0161tavanje o odre\u0111enim temama (policija, pravo, sudstvo, crna hronika, politika, lokalne teme, itd.) je lo\u0161. <strong>Rubrike koje imaju visoku \u010ditanost raspola\u017eu sa malim brojem novih tekstova<\/strong>, a rubrike za koje \u010ditaoci ne pokazuju veliko interesovanje obiluju novim sadr\u017eajima&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rubrike u kojima koli\u010dina sadr\u017eaja odgovara interesovanju \u010ditalaca imaju u proseku ve\u0107i broj anga\u017eovanih \u010ditalaca od ostalih rubirka<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mese\u010dni broj \u010ditanja \u010dlanaka varira na sva tri posmatrana medija, a razlog tome bi se mogao tra\u017eiti u \u010dinjenici da posmatrani mediji svakog meseca objavljuju drasti\u010dno razli\u010dit broj \u010dlanaka<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Prose\u010dan \u010ditalac analiziranih poratala mese\u010dno pregleda oko 3,5 teksta<\/strong>, odnosno manje od jedne stranice nedeljno.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"504\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03-Mnoge-rubrike-nisu-isplative-1024x504.png\" alt=\"Mnoge-rubrike-nisu-isplative\" class=\"wp-image-9537\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03-Mnoge-rubrike-nisu-isplative-1024x504.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03-Mnoge-rubrike-nisu-isplative-300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03-Mnoge-rubrike-nisu-isplative-768x378.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03-Mnoge-rubrike-nisu-isplative.png 1281w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mnoge rubrike nisu isplative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada govorimo o isplativosti, ne mislimo nu\u017eno na ekonomsku isplativost, ve\u0107 da dovoljan broj \u010ditalaca pokazuje interesovanje sa sadr\u017eaje odre\u0111enih rubrika.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dovoljan broj \u010ditalaca u ovom smislu zna\u010di da je tekstova objavljenih u jednoj rubrici jednak ili ve\u0107i od dela \u010ditalaca \u010ditavog sajta koji pristupaju tim sadr\u017eajima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Svega 45 odsto rubrika je efikasno. Odnosno, procenat objavljenih tekstova odgovara procentu \u010ditalaca sajta koji pristupaju tim tekstovima.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Politika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Politi\u010dki tekstovi, nisu ne\u0161to \u0161to zavre\u0111uje pa\u017enju \u010ditalaca lokalnih medija<\/strong>, iako mediji objavljuju zna\u010dajan broj ovakvih tekstova.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U proseku, 8.34 odsto svih tekstova medija objavljeno je u politi\u010dkoj rubrici. S druge strane, za te sadr\u017eaje je u proseku bilo zainteresovano svega 3.34 odsto \u010ditalaca. Odnosno, od ukupnog saobra\u0107aja medija, svega 3.34 odsto je ostvareno u ovim rubrikama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crna hronika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Druge, daleko uspe\u0161nije rubrike, prema na\u0161em istra\u017eivanju, imaju manji broj tekstova, nego \u0161to pokazuje tra\u017enja za njima.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravi primer ovog trenda su vesti koje pokrivaju doga\u0111aje iz crne hronike. U proseku, svega 2.87 odsto tekstova biva objavljeno u ovim rubrikama, dok vi\u0161e od 7.60 odsto \u010ditalaca pristupa ovim tekstovima. <strong>Druga\u010diji, dublji na\u010din izve\u0161tavanja o ovim temama, mogao bi zna\u010dajno doprineti rastu broja \u010ditalaca.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lokalne teme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sli\u010dna je situacija i sa lokalnim temama. Iako se radi o lokalnim medijima, svega 10.70 odsto objavljenih tekstova na\u0161lo se u rubrikama sa lokalnim vestima, dok 13.65 odsto \u010ditalaca pristupa ovim tekstovima.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u010dekivalo bi se da lokalne teme dominiraju lokalnim medijima, ali u jednom od tri posmatrana medija dva puta vi\u0161e tekstova objavljeno je u rubrici u kojoj su vesti iz sveta, nego u rubrici koja se bavi isklju\u010divo lokalnim doga\u0111ajima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jasno je da bi lokalnih tekstova moglo biti vi\u0161e, te da postoji ve\u0107a tra\u017enja za ovakvim tekstovima.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"504\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04-Lojalni-c\u030citaoci-su-tamo-gde-je-najvec\u0301a-traz\u030cnja-1024x504.png\" alt=\"-Lojalni-c\u030citaoci-su-tamo-gde-je-najvec\u0301a-traz\u030cnja.\" class=\"wp-image-9541\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04-Lojalni-c\u030citaoci-su-tamo-gde-je-najvec\u0301a-traz\u030cnja-1024x504.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04-Lojalni-c\u030citaoci-su-tamo-gde-je-najvec\u0301a-traz\u030cnja-300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04-Lojalni-c\u030citaoci-su-tamo-gde-je-najvec\u0301a-traz\u030cnja-768x378.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04-Lojalni-c\u030citaoci-su-tamo-gde-je-najvec\u0301a-traz\u030cnja.png 1281w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lojalni \u010ditaoci su tamo gde je najve\u0107a tra\u017enja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lojalna publika, koju defini\u0161emo kao <strong>\u010ditaoce koji imaju naviku pose\u0107ivanja nekog medija i pritom su visoko anga\u017eovani kada \u010ditaju sadr\u017eaje<\/strong>, koncetri\u0161e se na tekstovima objavljenim u rubrikama koje imaju najve\u0107u tra\u017enju.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lojalni \u010ditaoci pokazuju posebnu pa\u017enju za sadr\u017eaje koji se ti\u010du:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Politike<\/li><li>Crne hronike<\/li><li>Dru\u0161tva&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111e, ovi \u010ditaoci prate i teme koje mo\u017eda na prvi pogled iznena\u0111uju, a to su tekstovi koji se ti\u010du tema iz sveta, ali i kulture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Lojalni \u010ditaoci su oni \u010ditaoci koji imaju razvijenu naviku pose\u0107ivanja odre\u0111enog onljan medija i kada pose\u0107uju taj sajt onda su natprose\u010dno anga\u017eovani na sadr\u017eajima.<br><br>Anga\u017eovani \u010ditaoci su oni \u010diji je anga\u017eman na sadr\u017eajima natprose\u010dan. Anga\u017eman se ogleda u vremenu \u010ditanja, broju tekstova koje posetilac pro\u010dita tokom jedne sesije, dubine \u010ditanja sadr\u017eaja, itd&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I anga\u017eovani \u010ditaoci prate \u0161ablon tra\u017eenih rubrika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za razliku od lojalnih, anga\u017eovani \u010ditaoci u skoro najve\u0107em broju pristupaju sadr\u017eajima koji se ti\u010du lokalnih tema. <strong>Anga\u017eovanim \u010ditaocima smatramo one koji provode natrpose\u010dno vremena \u010ditaju\u0107i tekstove, dublje \u010ditaju sadr\u017eaje i otvaraju vi\u0161e stranica u toku jedne sesije od prose\u010dno \u010ditaoca.<\/strong><br><br>Njihova privr\u017eenost lokalnim temama je o\u010dekivana, s obzirom da se radi o lokalnim medijima, ali je \u010dudno \u0161to takvi sadr\u017eaji nisu najzastupljeniji.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pored lokalnih tema, natprose\u010dno anga\u017eovani \u010ditaoci u velikom broju konzumiraju sadr\u017eaje koji se ti\u010du politike, crne hronike, kulture, kao i dru\u0161tvene teme. To odgovara i odabiru lojalnih \u010ditalaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/05-Grafika-1-BCSM-1-1024x640.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9558\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/05-Grafika-1-BCSM-1-1024x640.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/05-Grafika-1-BCSM-1-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/05-Grafika-1-BCSM-1-768x480.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/05-Grafika-1-BCSM-1.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediji imaju \u0161ansu da pove\u0107aju vernost i anga\u017eman rubrike, ukoliko se posvete stvaranju ve\u0107eg broja medijskih sadr\u017eaja koje se ti\u010du pomenute tematike.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Broj objavljenih \u010dlanaka varira iz meseca u mesec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e istra\u017eivanje pokazuje i da mediji nemaju konstantan broj \u010ditalaca. On varira od meseca do meseca, a razlog tome se mo\u017ee tra\u017eiti u velikim skokovima i padovima u broju novoobjavljenih \u010dlanaka. U posmatranom periodu se zbog toga ne mo\u017ee uo\u010diti rast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzmimo za primer jedan od portala koji je u\u010destvovao u istra\u017eivanju, a koji je i najve\u0107i i po broju \u010ditalaca, i po broju objavljenih tekstova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Razlika u broju objavljenih tekstova u samo dva meseca iznosi do 30 odsto, \u0161to se itekako odra\u017eava na broj \u010ditalaca medija.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/06-Grafika-2-BCSM-1024x640.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9549\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/06-Grafika-2-BCSM-1024x640.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/06-Grafika-2-BCSM-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/06-Grafika-2-BCSM-768x480.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/06-Grafika-2-BCSM.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ve\u0107ina \u010ditalaca samo povremeno prati rad medija<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podaci pokazuju da je prose\u010dan broj pregledanih stranica mese\u010dno, po \u010ditaocu, svega 3.5, \u0161to bi zna\u010dilo da godi\u0161nje jedan posetilac otvori oko 42 \u010dlanka.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog toga je pra\u0107enje pona\u0161anja vernih \u010ditalaca, kojih je obi\u010dno manje od pet procenata po mediju, izuzetno va\u017eno za rast saobra\u0107aja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161a prethodna istra\u017eivanja na vi\u0161e od 200 medijskih portala pokazala su da u proseku svega 3.5 odsto \u010ditalaca klasifikujemo kao lojalne. Taj mali broj \u010ditalaca generi\u0161e i do 15 odsto ukupnog saobra\u0107aja medija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Razlike me\u0111u medijima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivani mediji zna\u010dajno se razlikuju po ure\u0111iva\u010dkoj politici, odnosno po izboru tema o kojima \u0107e izve\u0161tavati.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primer, najve\u0107i od posmatranih medija, Durreslajm, najvi\u0161e se bavio politi\u010dkim temama i temama koje se ti\u010du crne hronike, dok su na tre\u0107em mestu po zastupljenosti lokalne vesti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo je politi\u010dka rubrika ta u kojoj nije dobro pogo\u0111en fokus \u010ditalaca, dok ostale dve najzastupljenije imaju zadovoljavaju\u0107u efikasnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/07-Grafika-3-BCSM-1024x640.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9553\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/07-Grafika-3-BCSM-1024x640.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/07-Grafika-3-BCSM-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/07-Grafika-3-BCSM-768x480.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/07-Grafika-3-BCSM.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugi najve\u0107i posmatrani sajt, Saranda Web, okrenut je vi\u0161e aktuelnim de\u0161avanjima i najvi\u0161e tekstova, kao i najve\u0107i tra\u017enju \u010ditalaca ostvaruje u rubrici Aktuelnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S druge strane, rubirke u kojima se objavljuju oglasi i poslovi imaju mnogo novih objava, ali ne zavre\u0111uju pa\u017enju publike, \u0161to je slu\u010daj i sa lokalnim vestima.
