Ve\u0107ina njih zavr\u0161i rade\u0107i u organizacijama koje vode ljudi iste profesije. Ve\u0107ina doktora zavr\u0161i rade\u0107i u bolnicama koje vode doktori. Advokati rade u organizacijama za pravnu pomo\u0107 ili advokatskim kancelarijama koje vode drugi advokati. In\u017eenjeri obi\u010dno rade u firmama koje zahtijevaju in\u017eenjere (o\u010dito). I pogodite \u0161ta: te firme obi\u010dno vodi neki in\u017eenjer.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Isto je s novinarima: ako ste u novinarskoj profesiji, najvjerojatnije radite za drugog novinara (po struci ili po profesionalnom iskustvu). Ili, u ovom konkretnom slu\u010daju, mo\u017eda ste novinar za kojeg rade drugi novinari. Ako je to va\u0161 slu\u010daj, onda je ovo tekst za vas. Vjerujemo da je tako.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta zna\u010di &#8220;na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja&#8221;?<\/h2>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prema Googleovom rje\u010dniku, na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja predstavlja &#8220;uspostavljeni skup stavova koje neko ima&#8221;. Cambridgeov rje\u010dnik defini\u0161e ga kao &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/dictionary.cambridge.org\/dictionary\/english\/thinking\">na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/dictionary.cambridge.org\/dictionary\/english\/their\">mi\u0161ljenje neke osobe<\/a>\u201d, dok Merriam-Webster to naziva &#8220;mentalnim stavom ili sklono\u0161\u0107u&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drugim rije\u010dima, <\/span><strong>na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja je vrsta softvera na\u0161eg uma s kojim pristupamo razli\u010ditim situacijama, rje\u0161avamo probleme, rje\u0161avamo sukobe, preuzimamo odgovornost za promjene&#8230;<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Op\u0107enito govore\u0107i, on vi\u0161e-manje defini\u0161e to \u0161to smo, ko smo i kako radimo stvari.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Kao i svaki softver, i kao \u0161to sama rije\u010d ka\u017ee (na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja, odnosno bukvalno: mentalni sklop, od engleske rije\u010di mindset), potrebno ga je postaviti i mo\u017ee se a\u017eurirati. Jednostavno ne mijenjate ni\u0161ta jer vjerujete da se ni\u0161ta ne mo\u017ee promijeniti. To je poput za\u010daranog kruga: ne poku\u0161avate se promijeniti jer vjerujete da se to ne mo\u017ee u\u010diniti i kao rezultat toga ne mijenjate se, ne rastete.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, Dweck prepoznaje jo\u0161 jedan na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja \u2013 takozvani fleksibilni na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja. Kako ona ka\u017ee svojim rije\u010dima, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;u ovom na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja, ruka koja vam je pru\u017eena je samo po\u010detna ta\u010dka na putu razvoja&#8230;<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ovaj na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja temelji se na uvjerenju da su va\u0161e osnovne kvalitete stvari koje mo\u017eete njegovati svojim naporima.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n<p>Stoga je fiksni na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja zadana &#8220;po\u010detna to\u010dka&#8221;. Ono \u0161to \u0107emo u\u010diniti u vezi s tim je na\u0161a odgovornost, sve dok vjerujemo da se mo\u017eemo pobolj\u0161ati, mo\u017eemo se promijeniti na bolje.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja oblikuje struka<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Na\u0161i na\u010dini razmi\u0161ljanja oblikovani su mnogim stvarima. Porodice u kojima odrastamo, sport u kojima se igramo, prijatelji s kojima provodimo vrijeme, na\u0161i najmiliji, na\u0161i profesori, na\u0161e kolege&#8230; Ali ni\u0161ta ne oblikuje na\u0161 na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja koliko profesija koju odaberemo!&#13;\n<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<p>Zato smo skloni razumjeti ljude iz vlastite profesije na suptilniji na\u010din, u mogu\u0107nosti smo komunicirati s njima pomo\u0107u kodova, dijelimo \u0161ale koje nisu smije\u0161ne nikome izvan na\u0161e profesije, a mi, kada smo sami s kolegama iz struke, poti\u010demo jedni druge da vjerujemo da smo mi odabrani,  profesija najpametnijih, elitna skupina, nedodirljivi.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ovo posljednje, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>vjerovanje u superiornost na\u0161e profesije, najbolji je primjer na\u0161eg problemati\u010dnog fiksnog na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Prili\u010dno je lako pasti u ovu zamku: ko je, ako ne mi, najprikladniji za vo\u0111enje na\u0161e organizacije? Ko je, ako ne doktor, najbolji za vo\u0111enje na\u0161e bolnice? Ko je, ako ne in\u017eenjer, najprikladniji za vo\u0111enje na\u0161e gra\u0111evinske firme?<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Ko je, ako ne novinar, najbolji za vo\u0111enje na\u0161e medijske ku\u0107e?<\/p>\n\n<p>Svakako da ima puno dobrih argumenata za\u0161to bi stvarno trebalo biti tako. Postoje brojni nepobitni dokazi da bi novinari trebali voditi medijske ku\u0107e \/ medijske kompanije \/ agencije &#8230; Ti argumenti su toliko jaki da bi moglo zvu\u010dati smije\u0161no raspravljati o bilo \u010demu \u0161to se tome protivi.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Ali to nije ideja ovog \u010dlanka. Obi\u010dno vam poma\u017ee ako je va\u0161a organizacija unutar granica va\u0161e profesije. Ali to je to.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to je va\u017eno, ono \u0161to treba istaknuti je \u010dinjenica da ste sada menad\u017eer. Sada se bavite izgradnjom sva\u010dijih karijera, zadr\u017eavaju\u0107i kvalitetu usluge koju (kao organizacija) nudite, pravovremenost usluge koju pru\u017eate (kao organizacija) i vjerodostojnost usluge koju vi (kao organizacija) predstavljate. Ovo mjesto, prvo mjesto je usamljeno mjesto. Usamljena mjesta zahtijevaju da se prilagodimo.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Va\u0161 na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja sada treba poliranje. To ne zahtijeva radikalne promjene. Jo\u0161 uvijek ste novinar i te\u0161ko da mo\u017eete i\u0161ta u\u010diniti u vezi s tim.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Me\u0111utim,  budu\u0107i da ste sada menad\u017eer, morate razviti menad\u017eerski na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja. Prije svega, morate se prilagoditi fleksibilnom na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja: vjeruju\u0107i da mo\u017eete postati bolji u odre\u0111enim podru\u010djima koja zahtijevaju menad\u017eerski posao. Drugim rije\u010dima, prvo morate vjerovati da mo\u017eete razviti menad\u017eerski na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja svom ve\u0107 uspostavljenom novinarskom umu.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<p>Onda morate ne\u0161to poduzeti u vezi s tim.<\/p>\n\n<p>Firme se obi\u010dno \u017eale kako nisu u stanju natjerati in\u017eenjere da razmi\u0161ljaju poput menad\u017eera. Neki mediji tako\u0111er se \u017eale na svoje novinare iz istih razloga. Kako su rekli:&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMe\u0111unarodna federacija dru\u0161tava Crvenog kri\u017ea i Crvenog polumjeseca sa sjedi\u0161tem u \u017denevi zabrinuta je za razvoj menad\u017ementa. Zabrinjavaju\u0107i je trend rasta kulture brzog djelovanja. Svjesna je da se mora brzo djelovati u odgovoru na globalne katastrofe \u2013 potrese i ratove, poplave i glad \u2013 ali tako\u0111e vidi potrebu da se uklju\u010di u sporiji, delikatniji zadatak izgradnje sposobnosti za djelovanje koje je pa\u017eljivo, promi\u0161ljeno i prilago\u0111eno lokalnim uslovima i potrebama.&#8221;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n<p>Kultura brzog djelovanja, brzo reagovanje&#8230; Ne zvu\u010di li poznato?<\/p>\n\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMnoge poslovne organizacije suo\u010davaju se sa sli\u010dnim problemom &#8211; znaju izvr\u0161iti zadatak, ali nisu toliko vje\u0161te u povla\u010denju kako bi razmislile o svojim situacijama. Drugi se suo\u010davaju sa suprotnim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama: toliko se zaglave u razmi\u0161ljanju o svojim problemima da ne mogu obaviti posao dovoljno brzo&#8230; Sve \u0161to svaki u\u010dinkovit menad\u017eer radi, uglavljeno je izme\u0111u djelovanja na terenu i apstraktnog promi\u0161ljanja. Radnja bez razmi\u0161ljanja je nepromi\u0161ljena; refleksija bez radnje je pasivna. Svaki menad\u017eer mora prona\u0107i na\u010din da spoji ta dva na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja \u2013 kako bi funkcionisao na mjestu gdje se refleksivno razmi\u0161ljanje susre\u0107e s prakti\u010dnim djelovanjem.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ali djelovanje i razmi\u0161ljanje o \u010demu? Jedan o\u010dit odgovor je: o saradnji, o tome da se stvari rade u saradnji s drugim ljudima&#8230; Drugi je odgovor da <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>djelovanje, razmi\u0161ljanje i saradnja moraju biti ukorijenjeni u dubokom uva\u017eavanju stvarnosti u svim njezinim aspektima<\/strong>.<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Taj na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja nazivamo svjetovnim, koji Oksfordski rje\u010dnik engleskog jezika defini\u0161e kao \u2018iskusan u \u017eivotu, sofisticiran, prakti\u010dan.\u2019 Kona\u010dno, djelovanje, promi\u0161ljanje i saradnja, kao i svjetovnost, moraju se pridr\u017eavati odre\u0111ene racionalnosti ili logike; oslanjaju se i na analiti\u010dki na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n<p>To je pet na\u010dina na koje novinari koji vode medijske biznise (u daljnjem tekstu: menad\u017eeri) trebaju percipirati svijet i tako se odnositi prema njemu.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Imati refleksivan na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja odnosi se na samog sebe, spoznati i razumjeti sebe<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Kako autori koncepta ka\u017eu, &#8220;ne mo\u017ee biti uvida bez samospoznaje.&#8221; Kolaborativni na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja o\u010dito se odnosi na odnose menad\u017eera, dok se analiti\u010dki odnosi na organizaciju u cjelini i sistemsko razlaganje aktivnosti (o \u010demu se radi u analizi). Kontekst u kojem organizacija funkcioni\u0161e, organizacija koja okru\u017euje svijet predmet je globalnog mi\u0161ljenja. Gosling i Mintzberg o tome ka\u017eu:&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAnalizirate, pa djelujete. Ali ako to ne funkcioni\u0161e prema o\u010dekivanjima, onda razmislite o tome. Djelujete jo\u0161 malo, a zatim se na\u0111ete blokirani, shvataju\u0107i da to ne mo\u017eete u\u010diniti sami. Morate sara\u0111ivati. Ali da biste to u\u010dinili, morate u\u0107i u svijet drugih. Zatim slijedi dodatna analiza kako bi se artikulisali novi uvidi. Zatim opet djelujete &#8211; i tako ide, kako se formiraju rezultati va\u0161ih napora.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Kad postanete menad\u017eer medija, novinske agencije, radija ili televizije ili bilo kojeg drugog poznatog oblika medija, vi\u0161e se ne radi o vama i vi\u0161e se ne radi o novinaru u vama. Od vas se sada o\u010dekuje da vodite i upravljate. Va\u0161a odgovornost sada je za opstanak va\u0161ih medija. To zna\u010di stvaranje medija koji pla\u0107aju svoje ra\u010dune. I to je te\u017eak posao. Te\u0161ka i neoprostiva industrija ispunjena mno\u0161tvom nezdrave konkurencije, malim profitnim mar\u017eama i neredovnim radnim vremenom.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>I iznad svega, ideja, te\u017enja prema neovisnom novinarstvu, plemeniti cilj neovisnosti. Vrlo je te\u0161ko sve to odr\u017eati u ravnote\u017ei. I ostati unutar kodeksa pona\u0161anja.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S druge strane, niko nikada nije rekao da je biti menad\u017eer lak posao. Me\u0111utim, da parafraziramo Mintzberga, <\/span><strong>za na\u0161e dru\u0161tvo nema va\u017enijeg posla od posla menad\u017eera jer menad\u017eeri odlu\u010duju ho\u0107e li na\u0161i resursi biti optimalno raspore\u0111eni ili uzalud potro\u0161eni.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Da ponovim jo\u0161 jednom istu re\u010denicu: jednom kad postanete menad\u017eer, vi\u0161e se ne radi o tome da budete novinar. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Kad do\u0111ete na to mjesto, morate biti otvoreni za razvoj novih vje\u0161tina i dopustiti sebi da postanete bolji nego \u0161to ste mislili da mo\u017eete biti.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<p> Drugim rije\u010dima, morate prihvatiti fleksibilni na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja, kao op\u0161ti stav prema svijetu koji vas okru\u017euje.
