A egziston nj\u00eb recet\u00eb p\u00ebr sukses? <\/h2>\n\n

Nuk ka asnj\u00eb recet\u00eb unike p\u00ebr mentorim t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm e cila do t\u00eb sillte rezultate t\u00eb barabarta dhe sukses n\u00eb kontekste t\u00eb ndryshme, me media t\u00eb ndryshme, ide t\u00eb ndryshme biznesi dhe me dinamik\u00eb specifike t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve dhe t\u00eb komunikimit. Si pjes\u00eb e projektit “Media for All”, Fondacioni Thomson drejton <\/span>Media Accelerator<\/span><\/i> – nj\u00eb program rajonal mb\u00ebshtetjeje p\u00ebr zhvillimin e ideve t\u00eb biznesit me p\u00ebrqendrim te mediat lokale dhe ato m\u00eb pak t\u00eb zhvilluara, dmth mediat misioni, fokusi dhe p\u00ebrmbajtja e t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb specifike (t\u00eb ashtuquajtura niche), si\u00e7 jan\u00eb <\/span>mediat e pakicave<\/a>,<\/span> mediat jofitimprur\u00ebse, mediat q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb profilizuara si k\u00ebrkimore ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruara mbi tema t\u00eb tilla si ekonomia, etj.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

P\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e mentorimit mbi zhvillimin dhe testimin e ideve t\u00eb biznesit, faza kryesore ishte ajo e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb besimit gjat\u00eb tre muajve fillestar\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes<\/strong>, nga n\u00ebntori 2020 deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb janarit 2021. Duke pasur parasysh numrin e mediave (59 sht\u00ebpi mediatike), pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb proces (mbi 100) , numri i mentoreve dhe mentor\u00ebve (29) dhe modalitetin e pun\u00ebs – online p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb masave kufizuese q\u00eb ishin n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb Covid-19 – ishte e nevojshme t\u00eb mbrohej autonomia e procesit dhe t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohej q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt – vet\u00eb mediat dhe grupi i mentorimit, i cili ishte krahu i zgjeruar i ekipit t\u00eb projektit – t\u00eb jen\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

Pas vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb planeve t\u00eb biznesit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga ekipi i projektit, 55 nga 59 media mor\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetje financiare p\u00ebr zbatimin e tyre p\u00ebrmes granteve n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn mars 2021 – prill 2022. P\u00ebr t\u00eb ilustruar suksesin e k\u00ebtij procesi dhe p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e ekipit t\u00eb projektit, dua t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend vet\u00ebm se fillimisht kishim planifikuar t\u00eb punonim me 36 media (dhe tani kemi punuar me gjithsej 59)<\/strong>, dhe se buxheti p\u00ebr grante \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur nga 750,000 \u00a3 n\u00eb 1.26 milion \u00a3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Me mb\u00ebshtetjen e mentorimit vazhduam edhe gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb planeve t\u00eb biznesit, p\u00ebrmes sistemit t\u00eb monitorimit t\u00eb progresit t\u00eb mediave dhe arritjes s\u00eb q\u00ebllimeve nga planet e biznesit, t\u00eb cilin e zhvilluam s\u00eb bashku me menaxheret e granteve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Britanik. <\/p>\n\n

Mentoret dhe i mentor\u00ebt <\/h2>\n\n
N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit ‘Media for All’, Fondacioni Thomson punon me 29 profesionist\u00eb – 12 mentore dhe 17 mentor\u00eb. Ata vijn\u00eb nga 10 vende t\u00eb ndryshme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, edhe vendet e Bashkimit Evropian. Ata sjellin me vete ekspertiz\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb fushat e zhvillimit t\u00eb medias, gazetaris\u00eb, biznesit, arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe hulumtimit.\u00a0<\/span> \n \nLidhja e mentoreve\/\u00ebve me ekipet e mediave, krahas ekspertiz\u00ebs s\u00eb lart\u00ebp\u00ebrmendur, mori parasysh edhe idet\u00eb e biznesit q\u00eb mediat delegonin n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb procesit si dhe kontekstin brenda t\u00eb cilit k\u00ebto media operojn\u00eb. N\u00eb disa raste, si n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, njohja e gjuh\u00ebs ishte nj\u00eb nga kriteret e lidhjes. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kompleksitetit t\u00eb procesit, n\u00eb secil\u00ebn nga gjasht\u00eb vendet e rajonit, kishim nj\u00eb koordinator\/e q\u00eb kishte detyra shtes\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 detyrave t\u00eb mentorimit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb i gjith\u00eb procesi i mentorimit t\u00eb zhvillohej sipas planit, dhe shk\u00ebmbimi i p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs midis ekipit t\u00eb TF-s\u00eb, mentoret\/\u00ebt dhe mediat u maksimizuan. \u00a0 <\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

Nuk ekziston pa arsye citimi se \u201eka nj\u00eb tren i cili kalon vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb… dhe quhet besim\u201c. A ka ndonj\u00eb faktor m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb p\u00ebrcakton dhe ndikon n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet njer\u00ebzore, komunikim dhe n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt n\u00eb grup? Duket se jo. N\u00eb mjedisin e biznesit, n\u00eb vet\u00eb biznes, madje edhe n\u00eb zhvillimin e medias – sektori t\u00eb cilit angazhimi yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i af\u00ebrt, besimi u b\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb formul\u00eb magjike dhe nj\u00eb koncept ky\u00e7 (madje edhe kryefjal\u00eb\/buzzword) t\u00eb cilit i aspirohet dhe pa t\u00eb cilin nuk mundet. <\/p>\n\n

\u201c<\/span><\/i>Gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e mir\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb pun\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb mentorimit \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne fituam nj\u00eb mik, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, dhe m\u00eb pas nj\u00eb mentor q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb padiskutueshme ndan njohuri, p\u00ebrvoja dhe aft\u00ebsi<\/span><\/i>.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n

Nd\u00ebrtimi i besimit n\u00eb nivelin e ekipit t\u00eb projektit dhe partner\u00ebve apo klient\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast – mediave lokale dhe rajonale – \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb parakusht kryesor p\u00ebr suksesin dhe rezultatet p\u00ebrfundimtare.<\/p>\n\n

29 mentore dhe mentor\u00eb q\u00eb punonin me 59 partner\u00eb mediatik\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs kat\u00ebrmujore n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn punonin s\u00eb bashku mbi krijimin e planeve biznesi dhe buxheteve, arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb besimin e mediave me qasjen e tyre t\u00eb hapur, integritetin dhe dhe disponueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb. Pa at\u00eb \u2018p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs\u2019 thelb\u00ebsor, nuk do t\u00eb krijohej as magji rreth marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve tona, as nuk do t\u00eb kishte rezultate dhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi p\u00ebrfundimtare. \n<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n

Njohuri dhe ekspertiz\u00eb: Mb\u00ebshtetje jasht\u00eb pritshm\u00ebrive. <\/h2>\n\n

Puna e mentorimit nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb vet\u00ebm ekspertiz\u00eb ose ekspertiz\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe n\u00ebnkupton n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb cil\u00ebsi profesionale, personale dhe pedagogjike. Por, <\/strong><\/span>njohurit\u00eb – ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato t\u00eb zbatueshme n\u00eb praktik\u00eb – q\u00eb grupi yn\u00eb i mentorimit ua ka ofruar mediave n\u00eb komunikimin e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga burimet m\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Ndihma e tij ka rezultuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb abonimeve n\u00eb mediat sociale dhe vizitave n\u00eb faqet e internetit q\u00eb kan\u00eb tejkaluar pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb tona.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n

M\u00ebnyra se si u ndan\u00eb njohurit\u00eb dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb u krijuan ndryshime n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb menduarit dhe t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb vet\u00eb mediat, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut i pamatsh\u00ebm n\u00eb zhvillimin e k\u00ebtyre mediave profesionale. Pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse jan\u00eb fusha specifike – ekonomia e mediave, IT, angazhimi i komunitetit, marketingu digjital, etj. – ose disa tema t\u00eb caktuara, mentoret\/\u00ebt i ndan\u00eb njohurit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb joegoiste me mediat, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb ata, veten dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb programin ton\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pasur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb re.<\/p>\n\n

Nd\u00ebrtimi i besimit nd\u00ebrmjet mentor\u00ebve dhe mediave ishte \u00e7el\u00ebsi i suksesit, por vlera e shtuar e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb procesit u reflektua n\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimin e shum\u00eb mentoreve\/\u00ebve p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e ekipeve t\u00eb mediave. Shpesh angazhimi i tyre shkonte p\u00ebrtej marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies kontraktuale, e cila teorikisht \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr t’u p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb liste aktivitetesh dhe sh\u00ebrbimesh specifike – i ashtuquajturi – P\u00ebrshkrimi i pun\u00ebs ose Scope of Work. Megjithat\u00eb, praktika ka treguar se \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 m\u00eb shum\u00eb fluide dhe e paparashikueshme, dhe ekipi i mentorimit i TF-s\u00eb reagoi ndaj k\u00ebsaj n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb adekuate dhe proaktive. Ai ishte shum\u00eb i p\u00ebrzem\u00ebrt dhe i sjellsh\u00ebm me ne, ndaj nuk kishim droj\u00eb t’i b\u00ebnim disa pyetje budallaqe. Ai na sqaroi gjith\u00e7ka dhe na ndihmoi t\u00eb kuptonim detyrat tona dhe t’i p\u00ebrmbushnim ato.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n

Ky fleksibilitet dhe mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t’u p\u00ebrshtatur me situat\u00ebn aktuale, dhe me sfidat e paparashikuara, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vler\u00eb e procesit t\u00eb mentorimit n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit ‘Media for All<\/strong>‘.<\/span> Mentoret dhe mentor\u00ebt tan\u00eb kan\u00eb treguar se me njohuri t\u00eb padiskutueshme jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje ta p\u00ebrcjellin n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme, me nj\u00eb doz\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr \u00e7do pyetje dhe dyshim, e ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr mosreagimin e vet\u00eb mediave.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Vizioni, drejtimi dhe ndikimi. Le t\u00eb shohim p\u00ebrpara, jo prapa. <\/h2>\n\n

Mentoret dhe mentor\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr mediat drejt zgjidhjeve dhe modeleve m\u00eb optimale t\u00eb biznesit jan\u00eb vizionar\u00eb, profesionist\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kan\u00eb virtyte t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme njer\u00ebzore. P\u00ebrvoja ka treguar se fleksibiliteti i tyre, si dhe fleksibiliteti i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ekipit t\u00eb Thomson-it dhe qasja e p\u00ebrshtatur q\u00eb rezultoi prej k\u00ebsaj, ishte \u00e7el\u00ebsi i rezultateve dhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsis\u00eb reciproke.<\/p>\n\n
