23-vje\u00e7arja ka p\u00ebrfunduar studime bachelor n\u00eb drejtimin \u201cInfermieri\u201d n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin nga kolegjet private n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa prej tre muajsh \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb shtetitin Gjerman. \n<\/p>\n\n

Ajo tregon se arsyeja q\u00eb ka filluar pun\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani ka qen\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht mund\u00ebsia e pakt\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova i ka ofruar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar profesionin e saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ka studiuar. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cIdeja p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim n\u00eb Gjermani ka ardhur nga fakulteti, n\u00eb vitin e fundit na njoftuan p\u00ebr pun\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani, mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar m\u00eb tej kan\u00eb pasur student\u00ebt me nota m\u00eb t\u00eb larta. Pas k\u00ebsaj Fakulteti n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Spitalin m\u00eb ka ofruar kontrat\u00ebn t\u00eb cil\u00ebn pastaj e kam shqyrtuar dhe kam vendosur\u201d,<\/span><\/i> shprehet Salihaj.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Vendimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar dhe punuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb fillim nuk ishte pritur mir\u00eb nga famijar\u00ebt e Salihajt, por tani pasi ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer pran\u00eb tyre dhe u ka treguar p\u00ebr kushtet e pun\u00ebs, kthimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar pun\u00ebn n\u00eb shtetin tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i leht\u00eb p\u00ebr infermieren e re. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cPrind\u00ebrit n\u00eb fillim nuk m\u00eb kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur p\u00ebr vendimin q\u00eb un\u00eb kisha marr\u00eb, por tashm\u00eb q\u00eb i dijn\u00eb kushtet e pun\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur\u201d<\/span><\/i>, tha nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera ajo.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim n\u00eb drejtimin t\u00eb cilin ka studiuar nuk e ka pasur as Katerina Xihani, infermiere nga Shqip\u00ebria, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb duke punuar n\u00eb Gjermani prej kat\u00ebr vitesh. \n<\/p>\n\n

Mbasi kam mbaruar shkoll\u00ebn kam aplikuar, n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende pune, me shpers\u00ebn se do t\u00eb vinte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje qoft\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb refuzim, por ajo gje nuk erdhi kurr\u00eb. Kam d\u00ebgjuar biseda t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb ndodhun r\u00ebndom\u00eb n\u00eb kafenet\u00eb e lagjeve, ai punon aty.., por ka mik at\u00eb.., ai ka mik por ka paguar lek\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe prap nuk e ka t\u00eb sigurt. Kur d\u00ebgjoja k\u00ebto biseda humbja t\u00eb gjitha shpresat se nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u00eb kisha nj\u00eb vend pune, qoft\u00eb edhe me nj\u00eb rrog\u00eb minimale. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb moshe dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb kur ke \u00ebndrra dhe d\u00ebshira.-tha ajo.<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Xihani tregon se fillimisht ka punuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi p\u00ebr t\u00eb moshuar deri n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur gjuha gjermane mund t\u00eb flitej rrjedhsh\u00ebm nga ajo. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cUn\u00eb jam larguar para kat\u00ebr vitesh nga Shqip\u00ebria, direkt pasi kam mbaruar shkoll\u00ebn e lart\u00eb. Nj\u00eb firm\u00eb gjermane e cila kishte ardhur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb ato koh\u00eb m\u00eb mund\u00ebsoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar gjuh\u00ebn gjermane dhe pas saj mora licenc\u00ebn e infermierit n\u00eb Gjermani, Kompania m\u00eb ndihmoi jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebto por edhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e gjetjes s\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb gjermani\u201d, shprehet Xhihani. \n<\/p>\n\n

Krahas sfid\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb vend pune p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin profilizohen, infermier\u00ebt dhe mjek\u00ebt nga Kosova e Shqip\u00ebria \u201cdetyrohen\u201d q\u00eb t\u00eb largohen nga vendi i tyre i lindjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar n\u00eb shtetet n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ju ofrojn\u00eb kushte m\u00eb t\u00eb mira. \n<\/p>\n\n

P\u00ebr shum\u00eb profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb nga t\u00eb dy shtetet, Gjermania \u00ebsht\u00eb destinacioni i duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar karrier\u00ebn e tyre pasi p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb studimet. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cInfermier\u00ebt: U larguam pasi gjermania na ofroi kushte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se vendi yn\u00eb<\/h2>\n\n

Numri i emigranteve \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndrysh\u00ebm nga shtetet, n\u00eb vitin 2020<\/span> n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar se jan\u00eb larguar 8 mije e 724<\/span><\/a>, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb<\/span> Shqip\u00ebria jan\u00eb larguar mbi 15 mij\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebz m\u00eb shum\u00eb<\/span><\/a> apo 23 mij\u00eb e 854 persona.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

N\u00eb vitin 2019 Ambasada Gjermane n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka l\u00ebshuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 50 mij\u00eb viza. Prej tyre rreth 36 mij\u00eb viza kan\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrime afatshkurt\u00ebra (viza Schengen), si dhe rreth 15 mij\u00eb viza nacionale p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrime afatgjata t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb p\u00ebr bashkim familjar, viza pune, viza studimi etj. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cP\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kufizimeve t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit t\u00eb shkaktuara nga pandemia COVID-19, n\u00eb vitin 2020 Ambasada Gjermane n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka l\u00ebshuar vet\u00ebm 18.000 viza. K\u00ebtu p\u00ebrfshihen 8.000 viza afatshkurt\u00ebra dhe 10.000 viza p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrime afatgjata\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e Ambasad\u00ebs Gjermane n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. \n<\/p>\n\n

Nd\u00ebrsa Ambasada Gjermane dhe Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri deri n\u00eb publikimin e k\u00ebtij artikulli nuk dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje rreth numrit t\u00eb vizave t\u00eb aplikuara nga shtetasit shqiptar\u00eb drejt shtetit gjerman. \n<\/p>\n\n

Infermieria Ramize Salihaj, tregon se kusht p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar pun\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin nga spitalet gjermane ka qen\u00eb m\u00ebsimi i gjuh\u00ebs gjermane dhe viza nga ambasada. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cProcedurat p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar pun\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani kan\u00eb zgjatur rreth m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb dhe kurset e gjuh\u00ebs gjermane kan\u00eb zgjat\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Kursi ka qen\u00eb pa pages\u00eb dhe e ka paguar fakulteti t\u00eb cil\u00ebt na kan\u00eb ndihmuar p\u00ebr procedurat e aplikimit\u201d, <\/span><\/i>\u00a0shprehet infermieria.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Nga ana tjet\u00ebr infermieria Katerina Xihani, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur se avancimi i gjuh\u00ebs gjermane i ka ndihmuar q\u00eb t\u00eb punoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb spital tjet\u00ebr. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cPasi kaloi nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, u socializova disi, fillova t\u00eb flas gjuh\u00ebn m\u00eb rrjedhsh\u00ebm. Fillova t\u00eb marr eksperienc\u00eb n\u00eb profesionin tim, mund ta quaj si nj\u00eb profesion t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. I kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb vetes shum\u00eb kurajo dhe guxim p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur p\u00ebrpara. Mbas 6 muajsh u ndjeva e pavarur n\u00eb pun\u00eb\u201d,<\/span><\/i> tregon Xihani.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vitet e fundit jan\u00eb larguar 454 mjek\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa nga Shqip\u00ebria jan\u00eb larguar 6 mij\u00eb e 500 infermier\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar pun\u00ebn n\u00eb shtete t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, kryesisht n\u00eb Gjermani, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Od\u00ebs s\u00eb Mjek\u00ebve. \n<\/p>\n\n

Pleurat Sejdiu, kryetar i Od\u00ebs s\u00eb Mjek\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb tha se shumica e mjek\u00ebve kur kan\u00eb marr v\u00ebrtetimin e pun\u00ebs jan\u00eb deklaruar se largohen p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kushteve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, kualiteti i shkollimit specialistik dhe rrogat. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cMosha mesatare e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 mbi 31-vje\u00e7, ku tregon qart\u00eb se jan\u00eb mjek\u00ebt e sapo diplomuar t\u00eb cil\u00ebt priren q\u00eb t\u00eb largohen, dhe\u00a0 kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gjenerata m\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr rigjenerimin e sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pra e ardhmja jon\u00eb. Sistemi yn\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment ka nevoj\u00eb minimalisht p\u00ebr 2 mij\u00eb e 500 mjek q\u00eb t\u2019u afrohen standardeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d, <\/span><\/i>ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Sejdiu.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Sipas Sektorit t\u00eb Administrimit t\u00eb Burimeve Njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb Qendrore t\u00eb OSHKSH-s\u00eb. N\u00eb portalin \u201cInfermier\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d kan\u00eb aplikuar mbi 5 mij\u00eb e 500 kandidat\u00eb n\u00eb drejtimet e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb. Pun\u00ebsimet referuar periudh\u00ebs 2019-2021 jan\u00eb n\u00eb total 3 mij\u00eb e 117, m\u00eb specifikisht 987 pun\u00ebsime n\u00eb vitin 2019, nd\u00ebrsa 1 mij\u00eb e 220 pun\u00ebsime n\u00eb vitin 2020 dhe 910 pun\u00ebsime n\u00eb vitin 2021 (p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn janar-tetor). Sipas p\u00ebrgjigjes rezulton se grupmosha m\u00eb e pun\u00ebsuar \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e 22-30 vje\u00e7. \n<\/p>\n\n

Xhihani nuk e sheh shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si nj\u00eb vend alternative pune, pasi shprehet se e kishte t\u00eb pa mundur t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohej menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas mbarimit t\u00eb universitetit. \n<\/p>\n\n

\u201cN\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk\u00a0 m\u2019u ofrua\u00a0 direkt mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb vend pune, ky ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb moment shum\u00eb i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr mua. Pasi n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb gjeja nj\u00eb pun\u00eb do t\u00eb isha p\u00ebrs\u00ebri\u00a0 e varur nga familja\u00a0 dhe nuk do t\u00eb kisha mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb integrohesha, por do t\u00eb rrija n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn m\u00eb ideale p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur di\u00e7ka n\u00eb jet\u00eb. Do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb investim i kot\u00eb i koh\u00ebs sime, p\u00ebr pes\u00eb vite me radh\u00eb, po ashtu edhe nga ana financiare, shpenzimet e familjes sime dhe sakrificave t\u00eb tyre. K\u00ebto kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb nd\u00ebr arsyet kryesore,\u00a0 t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb kan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb largohem nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe t\u00eb ndjek k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb\u201d, <\/span><\/i>shprehet e reja.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb INSTAT n\u00eb universitetin e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb studimet e larta 3 mij\u00eb e 429 student\u00eb. Pasi mbarojn\u00eb universitetin, vet\u00ebm 15% e tyre mund t\u00eb arijn\u00eb t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb nj\u00eb vend pune. \n<\/p>\n\n

Gjermania ofron kushte \u201cdinjitoze\u201d p\u00ebr stafin mjek\u00ebsor, Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova numrin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb infermier\u00ebve t\u00eb larguar \n<\/h2>\n\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 mjek\u00ebve dhe infermier\u00ebve q\u00eb tani jan\u00eb duke punuar n\u00eb Gjermani, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri migrimin p\u00ebr n\u00eb shtetet e BE-s\u00eb e kan\u00eb si alternativ\u00eb p\u00ebr karrier\u00ebn e tyre. \n<\/p>\n\n

Shteti gjerman p\u00ebrmb\u00ebhet prej nj\u00eb rrjeti prej 1 mij\u00eb e 900 spitale, 150 mij\u00eb mjek\u00eb dhe 28 mij\u00eb psiko-terapist\u00eb q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime ambulatore kujdesi, si dhe gati 19 mij\u00eb e 500 farmaci q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor p\u00ebr rreth 83 milion\u00eb njer\u00ebz ne Gjermani,<\/span> sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave<\/span><\/a> t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb Federale t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se 30% e njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb Gjermani shkojn\u00eb tek mjek tre deri n\u00eb pes\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vit. \n<\/p>\n\n

Me aq sa kam d\u00ebgjuar nga p\u00ebrvoja e kolegeve t\u00eb mia puna n\u00eb shtetin gjerman \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e q\u00ebndrueshme dhe kjo m\u00eb ka motivuar t\u00eb orientohem p\u00ebr n\u00eb Gjermani\u201d<\/span><\/i>, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Albulena.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Kurse infermieria Amra Hyka, e cila aktualisht punon si infermiere n\u00eb departamentin e kirurgjis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Spitalore Universitare \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u201d n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ka p\u00ebrmendur tre faktor\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndikojn\u00eb sipas saj, q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb braktisin Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe zgjedhin shtetin gjerman p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar profesionin e mjekut. <\/span>\u201cT\u00eb jemi realist n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb jan\u00eb shum\u00eb faktor\u00eb q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si indicie dhe shtys\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019a braktisin k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Por, un\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend disa prej tyre: Pagat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, kushtet e pun\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, respektimi dhe vler\u00ebsimi i figur\u00ebs s\u00eb mjekut\u201d<\/span><\/i>, u shpreh Hyka.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n

Vet\u00ebm nga Fakulteti i Mjek\u00ebis\u00eb n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs \u201cHasan Prishtina\u201d, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb Universitet publik, n\u00eb vitin 2019 dhe 2020 ka diplomuar 520 mjek\u00eb n\u00eb deh\u00ebn \u201cMjek\u00ebsi e P\u00ebrgjithshme\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa po n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb kohore n\u00eb deg\u00ebn infermieri jan\u00eb diplomuar 131 student\u00eb t\u00eb rinj\u00eb. \n<\/p>\n\n

Fakultetit i Mjekis\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se student\u00ebt i mbajn\u00eb or\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs vet\u00ebm n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e caktuara. \n<\/p>\n\n
