Tem\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe e gjitha me vizatime. Kjo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb numrit m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb detyrave t\u00eb zgjidhura gjat\u00eb or\u00ebs, q\u00eb ka rezultuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb detyrave; rrjedhimisht, kemi fituar m\u00eb pak njohuri se sa gjat\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes fizike n\u00eb klas\u00eb\u201d.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Ajo thot\u00eb se m\u00ebsimi online e ka penalizuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha dhe ka qen\u00eb shum\u00eb joefektiv.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb shum\u00eb raste, or\u00ebt e planifikuara nuk jan\u00eb mbajtur sipas orarit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb ndryshme nga ana e profesor\u00ebve. Shum\u00eb or\u00eb jan\u00eb mbajtur gjat\u00eb vikendeve, q\u00eb ka \u00e7uar n\u00eb d\u00ebshtim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb planifikimit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs p\u00ebr student\u00ebt. Sipas mendimit tim, sistemi organizativ i or\u00ebve online na ka penalizuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha dhe ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb pak efekt,\u201d vazhdon ajo.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Denada, studente n\u00eb Fakultetin Juridik n\u00eb Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs, ka pasur probleme me lidhjen e internetit dhe munges\u00ebn e rrym\u00ebs elektrike.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cIshte problem kur m\u00eb duhej t\u00eb merrja pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb seminar ose t\u00eb dor\u00ebzoja detyra, dhe krejt papritmas rryma ndalej. Ligj\u00ebratat ishin n\u00eb audio, t\u00eb cilat i d\u00ebgjonte kur t\u00eb donte dhe pyetjet q\u00eb zakonisht i b\u00ebnte n\u00eb klas\u00eb, tani ajo i diskutonte n\u00eb seminare.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, k\u00ebto jan\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi q\u00eb jan\u00eb hasur kryesisht gjat\u00eb m\u00ebsimit online n\u00eb koh\u00eb pandemie.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Sipas drejtorit t\u00eb Institutit p\u00ebr studime t\u00eb arsimit &#8220;EdGuard\u201d n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Rinor Qehaja, \u201cKalimi n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrata online, mungesa e nd\u00ebrveprimit, ligj\u00ebruesit e pap\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie online, kufizimi i student\u00ebve n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrata jan\u00eb disa nga mang\u00ebsit\u00eb e pand\u00ebshkuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb\u201d.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Qehaja thot\u00eb se arsimi n\u00eb universitet fokusohet shum\u00eb pak n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e studimeve, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb interesi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i student\u00ebve.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cKjo neglizhenc\u00eb, q\u00eb doli n\u00eb pah edhe gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb, mungesa e kompetenc\u00ebs s\u00eb plot\u00eb nga ligj\u00ebruesit e universitetit lidhur me metodologjin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies online, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb d\u00ebshmi se arsimit universitar i mungon nj\u00eb ligj\u00ebrues i mir\u00eb mbi t\u00eb gjitha,\u201d thot\u00eb ai.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Universitetet po ashtu e pranuan se kishte shum\u00eb sfida n\u00eb m\u00ebsimin online gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cLidhur me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb me t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur student\u00ebt gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb pandemi, p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkimi t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs, student\u00ebt than\u00eb se kan\u00eb pasur probleme teknike, si nd\u00ebrprerja e energjis\u00eb, probleme me internetin, mosfunksionimi i pajisjeve teknike, pastaj munges\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprimi me student\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, ushtrimet (n\u00eb laborator dhe t\u00eb tjera) ishte e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohen p\u00ebrmes videos dhe aspekte t\u00eb tjera kryesisht teknike\u201d tha rektori i Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03--1024x506.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16868\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03--1024x506.png 1024w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03--300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03--768x380.png 768w, https:\/\/journalift.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/03-.png 1281w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption><p><i>Rektorati i Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. Kjo n\u00eb rastin e dy studenteve nga Universiteti i Tiran\u00ebs, q\u00eb kan\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb ndryshme lidhur me mb\u00ebshtetjen e ofruar nga ligj\u00ebruesit e tyre gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe. P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb, lidhur me at\u00eb se sa mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs ose t\u00eb dobish\u00ebm kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ligj\u00ebruesit e tyre gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe, Elisabeta dhe Orkida, studente n\u00eb Fakultetin e Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Fakultetin Juridik, duket se kan\u00eb mendime t\u00eb ndryshme. Ata u munduan t\u2019u p\u00ebrshtaten platformave t\u00eb zhvilluara, ndon\u00ebse me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi sigurisht. Shum\u00eb nga pedagog\u00ebt ishin mir\u00ebkuptues, si p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb kishin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs nuk kishin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrata. Sigurisht, kishte edhe t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb nuk tregonin shum\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptim n\u00eb fillim, por gjith\u00e7ka zgjidhej\u201d &#8211; tha Elisabeta.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Arsimi online nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb konsideruar i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm as nga Ministria e Arsimit e Kosov\u00ebs. Ministria e Arsimit ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se arsimi gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb nivel. Z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministri Dukagjin Popovci u tha medieve lokale se, \u201dniveli i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies n\u00eb sistemin online nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak adekuat\u201d.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Shum\u00eb student\u00eb dhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me programe t\u00eb panjohura, lidhje t\u00eb dob\u00ebt interneti, munges\u00eb t\u00eb pajisjeve teknike dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste me munges\u00eb elektriciteti. Autori i dokumentarit, gazetari Sunai Sabrioski, thot\u00eb se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb nga shembujt e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk kishin qasje t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb arsimin online gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb COVID-19.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p> \u201cKy dokumentar ekspozon dob\u00ebsit\u00eb e sistemit arsimor dhe mohon pasqyr\u00ebn q\u00eb autoritetet arsimore donin t\u00eb prezantonin se secili f\u00ebmij\u00eb\/nx\u00ebn\u00ebs ka kushte t\u00eb favorshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar m\u00ebsimin online. Pas l\u00ebshimit t\u00eb dokumentarit, ekipi yn\u00eb mori qindra mesazhe dhe donacione p\u00ebr k\u00ebta nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nga OJQ-t\u00eb dhe personat q\u00eb kishin vullnet p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhuruar kompjuter\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, institucioni i vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ka reaguar pas dokumentarit ishte komuna dhe kryetari i saj, por Ministria e Arsimit u q\u00ebndroi deklaratave t\u00eb tyre se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e kan\u00eb opsionin e vijimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit online\u201d.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Sipas statistikave t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, 10% e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk i kishin pajisjet e nevojshme ose internet p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar m\u00ebsimin online. Megjithat\u00eb, Ministria thot\u00eb se ata kan\u00eb ofruar opsione t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr k\u00ebta f\u00ebmij\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb m\u00ebsimin. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cVitin e kaluar, shkollat dhe komunat ofruan pajisje t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb informative t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb monitoruar m\u00ebsimet online, nd\u00ebrsa nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb nuk kishin rrym\u00eb elektrike dhe internet n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre iu ofruan materialet ose ata vijuan m\u00ebsimet n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb. Qeverit\u00eb lokale dhe shkollat kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb investime shtes\u00eb gjat\u00eb ver\u00ebs q\u00eb zbatimi t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb mir\u00eb, gj\u00eb e cila i ka forcuar burimet p\u00ebr mbajtjen e m\u00ebsimit online\u201d.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Por kryetari i Unionit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb mesme, Luka Pavikevik, k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul se jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit kan\u00eb qasje n\u00eb m\u00ebsimet online. Arsimi online po ashtu ka treguar diferencat sociale n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, thot\u00eb Pavikevik:&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p> \u201cPara pandemis\u00eb, kishte nj\u00eb konsensus t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm se Maqedonia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht i digjitalizuar, por realiteti doli t\u00eb jet\u00eb krejt ndryshe. M\u00ebsimi n\u00eb distance ishte nj\u00eb tregues tjet\u00ebr i dallimeve t\u00eb thella sociale n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e Maqedonis\u00eb. Si i till\u00eb, m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb distanc\u00eb ishte i pabarabart\u00eb dhe shteti nuk b\u00ebri asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar pajisjet adekuate ose qasje n\u00eb internet p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb kishin nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Sipas Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit, viti i kaluar shkollor ishte i suksessh\u00ebm. Megjithat\u00eb, ata e pranojn\u00eb se ka pasur v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, si lidhjet e dob\u00ebta t\u00eb internetit n\u00eb shkolla dhe mungesa e pajisjeve t\u00eb TI-s\u00eb, por k\u00ebto v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi jan\u00eb zgjidhur shpejt, thon\u00eb ata.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cMe gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr realizim t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm t\u00eb ngjarjes, me shum\u00eb gjas\u00eb, disa nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit d\u00ebshtuan n\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e p\u00ebrmbajtjeve t\u00eb caktuara ose nuk arrit\u00ebn rezultate t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb ri. Kryetari i Unionit, Luka Pavikevik, tregon arsyet kryesore. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cKishte problem me p\u00ebrqendrimin, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit nuk ishin t\u00eb trajnuar mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mbajtjen e m\u00ebsimit online dhe shpesh student\u00ebt vet\u00eb nuk i bashkoheshin m\u00ebsimeve online. Si p\u00ebrfundim, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e shkollave t\u00eb mesme jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me tri probleme ky\u00e7e: mungesa e p\u00ebrqendrimit, personeli i trajnuar dob\u00ebt dhe zbatimi jokonsistent i rregullave,\u201d thot\u00eb Pavikevik, kryetar i Unionit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb mesme.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10 mij\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri pa qasje n\u00eb m\u00ebsimin online<\/h2>\n\n<p>Qasja n\u00eb arsim ishte problem edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Sipas informacioneve t\u00eb autoriteteve t\u00eb arsimit, \u201dn\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb mbylljes si pasoj\u00eb e pandemis\u00eb, n\u00eb mars 2020, institucionet identifikuan rreth 10 mij\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk kishin qasje n\u00eb m\u00ebsimin online\u201d.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p><b><i>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye Fondi i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr F\u00ebmij\u00ebt (UNICEF) inkurajon vendet q\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar qasje t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb arsim n\u00eb raste t\u00eb krizave t\u00eb ardhshme, sepse ata thon\u00eb se mbylljet e shkollave nuk jan\u00eb unike vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pandemin\u00eb COVID-19 por mund t\u00eb ndodhin edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shum\u00eb faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Sipas UNICEF-it, d\u00ebshmi shtes\u00eb sugjerojn\u00eb se rreth 30 p\u00ebr qind e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkollave n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb n\u00eb larg\u00ebsi.
