Innovative road to change
The mentorship journey for Slovak media outlet Parameter started with the primary goal of turning the audience into a community through improving two-way communication, providing innovative content formats, and improving overall user experience. Before starting the process with the help of their mentor, the Parameter team needed to be more focused on the data and tools available for making business decisions based on the audience and performance data, followed by content creation in the same manner.
A winning combination – will to learn, structured process and teamwork
Being a very agile media outlet, the Parameter team showcased themselves as early adopters, eager to learn and try new things. The mentorship process was based on learning by doing practices, especially with the team being very cohesive and the management effectively delegating ideas and possible solutions. So, everyone was included and had a chance to decide what was functioning and what was a pass.

On their way to change, Parameter was fully equipped with up-to-date tools. They wanted to upgrade their knowledge of different formats, such as podcasts, available platforms, content segmentation, community reach, etc. Most importantly, they were ready to face their previous failures and not afraid to start again.

Enhancing brand and engagement: Path to growth
Through the mentoring process, the team developed a new and fresh brand design, conducted a website redesign, introduced a daily newsletter, added new team members, and aimed to upgrade the community management system. All of these structured steps, combined with devoted teamwork, brought them growth in various segments—from an increase in website users to higher revenue and more followers over social media platforms.
