She is an expert in community building, crowdfunding, and capacity development, with a focus on civil society organizations and mission-driven media outlets. As part of the Catalyst Balkans team, she managed the regional crowdfunding platform Donacije.rs, where she designed and implemented more than 100 campaigns. These included pioneering efforts such as the first locally based crowdfunding campaign with TV Forum Prijepolje, as well as innovative models for outlets like Autonomija (Novi Sad), KRIK and CINS (Serbia’s leading investigative portals), Iz glave (a donation-based podcast from Kragujevac), and Peščanik (membership-based model).

In addition to her work in crowdfunding, she has extensive program and project management experience in the media development sector. She coordinates complex, multi-country initiatives, including the EU Investigative Journalism Awards, and has overseen regional programs that combine editorial support, fundraising, and capacity development.  Her work centers on fostering cross-industry collaboration, supporting public interest journalism, and ensuring that diverse, independent voices can reach wider audiences while addressing pressing social issues.
