With the help of the Media for All project RTV Puls launched live TV program Closer to You using a new innovative Outdoor Broadcasting Vehicle. The show focused on five small, rural, municipalities with Serbian majority in Kosovo and their potentials for local tourism.
The outlet is based in Šilovo/Shillovë, and with just over 1,200 inhabitants is the largest village in the municipality, and RTV Puls with twenty or so employees is the largest employer.
