Ferizaj/Uroševac-based RTV Tema in the frame of the Media for All project enhanced video production capacities, launched two high-quality TV series, improved online sales via in-stream video ads, and introduced a new, subscriber-based, platform and in-store radio service. In order to be capable of focusing both on commercial and documentary / news video production, RTV Tema hired four new people in the production and
