Journalift Talks with Adriatik Golemi and Artur Rustemi, TV Apollon

TV Apollon, a local broadcaster from the town of Fier in Albania, with the help of the Media for All project introduced new and innovative B2B business model, but also improved the quality and relevance of its content by focusing on issues that are underreported in the community (e.g., environmental issue, racism, women’s right). The outlet also got a new, faster, and more secure website, and hired new staff members – both in production and marketing departments.

The broadcaster is one of the 8 outlets from Albania that are part of the Media for All project which is funded by the UK Government and implemented by the British Council, Thomson Foundation, BIRN and INTRAC in all Western Balkans countries.

In this episode of Journalift Talks our guests speak about the media digitalization in Albania, TV Apollon future plans, the media scene in the country, etc. This and much more interesting details about the outlet and their work are discussed in the latest Journalift Talks with Anisa Curraj from Thomson Foundation and Adriatik Golemi, project manager at TV Apollon, and Artur Rustemi, owner of TV Apollon.
