Journalift Talks with Ilmira Lika, executive director of RTV Teuta

Ulcinj based outlet RTV Teuta in the frame of the Media for All project fulfilled all initial goals – increased number of users / visits / subscribers, create new bilingual website, introduced program live streaming and online application, and increase diaspora audience.

Thanks to the holistic and multiplatform approach, together with the newly introduced website and app, RTV Teuta marks constant audience increase on their digital platforms – website, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

RTV Teuta was established in 2003 and is the first bilingual outlet in Montenegro airing its program on Albanian and Montenegrin. They are one of the five outlets from Montenegro that are part of the Media for All business development grant scheme.

The project is funded by the UK Government and implemented by the British Council, Thomson Foundation, BIRN and INTRAC in all Western Balkans countries.

In this special edition of Journalift Talks from Ulcinj in Montenegro, Lika talks with Anisa Curraj from Thomson Foundation about the main achievements during the Media for All project, involvement of the diaspora and local audience in the content production, and their future plans.
