RTV-Slon-Tuzla

Tuzla-based, RTV Slon, started producing podcasts targeting the vast diaspora from Tuzla region living predominantly in European countries. So far, there were more than 10 episodes aired online and initial reactions from the public are more than positive.

Podcasts are focusing on local rarities that are unique to Tuzla – it may be people, events, objects – but the main idea is to bring Tuzla closer to the diaspora and vice versa. The series of podcasts have been published on RTV Slon YouTube channel with a broad business idea to increase the revenues from this channel.

This is heavily supported with the fact that about 100.000 people originally from Tuzla live in the diaspora and they are seen as potential audiences that will be targeted to follow the YouTube channel.

RTV Slon is a private, commercial media company that has been in operation for 25 years. They broadcast the program and content on TV, radio, and online – having their own website, YouTube channel, and social media pages.
