Mihajlo Lahtov është një ekspert me përvojë i mediave dhe komunikimit me eksperiencë të gjerë pune në këtë fushë në lloje të ndryshme organizatash, nga OSHC-të e vogla lokale deri te organizatat e mëdha ndërkombëtare. Ai gjithashtu punon si Konsulent dhe Trainer për Zhvillimin e Mediave, Edukimin mbi Median dhe Komunikim për më shumë se 10 vjet. Ka zhvilluar më shumë se 100 workshope dhe trajnime për: OSBE, Instituti Maqedonas për Media, NDI, Instituti për Studimin e Komunikimit, GIZ, Agjencia për Shërbime të Mediave Audio dhe Audiovizive në Maqedoni dhe të tjerë. Aktualisht, ai punon si Oficer Komunikimi në Agjencinë Gjermane të Zhvillimit – GIZ.
